There was no breakfast and the front desk lady didn’t seem to care. The shower handle was broken so we couldn’t even shower. There was toothpaste on the mirror and hair on the floor. Sheets were dirty. Everything was dirty. Terrible experience

By far the worst experience I ever had at a Hotel! If I could upload pictures on how dirty my room was I would. I do not recommend staying here with kids it’s something wrong with almost every door.

This place is all bad. We got bit by bed bugs. The door to our room wouldn't close we had to slam it. The bathroom shower had a whole in the wall where shower head was. Very ran down place but you get what you pay for.

The door had been damaged to a point it would not lock and there was a gap between the door and the door frame that fingers could be placed thru.

Firstly, I was not aware of a $100.00 deposit along with your nightly rate even with a credit card on file. Secondly, the a/c unit did not work in our room. Thirdly, the water was not hot, the room was not properly cleaned, the beds were not properly made, trash was in the trash can, and we did not have any towels or wash cloths. Finally, the aesthetic appeal has much to be desired. The property ownership does not appear to concerned with cleanliness, generally maintenance, nor having quality guest patronizing the business. I was thoroughly disappointed because I have stayed at the property several times when it was another hotel. The staff was very helpful.

Property was overbooked by manager. Did not receive correct room for the rate paid and what was booked. Staff not helpful and incapable of solving problem. Room its self had broken lamps and a broken connecting door to the room adjacent.

My stay at Baymont was a short one but the room was nice and clean . Unfortunately the room next to me the door was squeaky you can hear every time they open and close whatever door they was going out of but my overall experience was very nice.

The property was not keep up.The facility was Horrible. If Wyndham saw this property using there name they would have been applauded. I will never go back there again.

I would never stay at this establishment again. With the name Wyndham connected to it I thought it would be a great place to stay. However upon check in I received my first room to find my bathroom very dirty. The toilet seat had stains and hair on it. And the toilet seat was completely off the seat. So I was assigned another room just to find that was worst than the first room. No seats on the bed with old dirty clothes left on it. The hallways and pool area had trash in them the whole weekend. The hotel windows were dirty. Dead roaches in the lights on the ceiling. Ashla was a great help she made sure herself the next room was cleaned. She called her supervisor Felicia who was not trying to help accommodate our needs. The third room was better than the other two. However that room A/C heating unit was broke. I turned it off just for the air to blow on me the whole night without any blankets for my bed. This was a waste of money. And a very uncomfortable stay.

Hallway had a busted AC on the floor. Smelled like ass. Bed was not a king. Smelled musty as hell. Windows were unlocked. One was jammed 1" open. Unable to close. Neither could secured. People partying in the parking lot. Weed smoke was coming into the room from the window and AC. Got zero rest. Place should be condemned. Pissed I paid money for this.

The staff was amazing! The 1st room had no lock so she quickly got us another suite and apologized and said she would get maintenence on the other room. She was very kind caring and polite. We got in at 3am after a long drive and she had our paperwork and key waiting on us. Would definitely stay during travels again. Breakfast in the morning could have been cleaner and more plentiful but all in all it was a good stay.

The owner and his staff was extremely accommodating. We got into town very early that morning and were exhausted so we figured to drop by the hotel to see if our room was possibly available. It wasn't, however, they got us into a room just so we could sleep for the time being and then moved us when our room became available. I was SO GRATEFUL, you have no idea!!! The only thing was our toilet in our room was very dirty. Other than that, we'd stay here again. It was a great value for the money and in a great location. There was also free breakfast every morning with eggs, potatoes, meat, and make your own waffles. Oh, and they have a pool. We didn't have time to swim in this trip but maybe the next one

Liked the area, it's close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel lobby and hallways was hot and muggy. Reception's pet dog was barking at my child, made it a little scary. Room was average with minor cosmetic issues.

The window was falling out of the frame they put tape on it to hold it in the wind keep blowing it open . The toilet seat was broke and dangerous to sit on , the toilet ran water all nite long The building was nice if it had proper management to keep it clean and a maintenance man to fix the problems

The STAFF at this facility was wonderful. They were kind and helped us in every way. I believe they have been working to do a facelift of the entire. There was a water pipe break and it was not till I turned on the water and mud came of bathroom sink. (for two days out of service for at least 6 hours each day) Shower (dirty water) was the same way. Hotel should have been closed for safety reasons. Only a small sign on door of hotel to see the problem about water, ON first floor on way to elevator, there was a huge water leak on the floor from ice machine ( did have a small yellow sign to identify but still unsafe). On all three floors none of the Soda machines worked. In our room only 1 light next to bed. Phone not working and when we checked it it was not able to be plugged in anywhere. Only one plug on one side of wall. In bath room we had handicap bath with grab bars/ handicap rails to help him get into the shower, all of these bars were not secured safely. Almost completely pulled of wall exposing the screws which were not secure correctly to the studs in the wall. Several broken pieces of furniture, night stand and drawers. The curtains in room were off the curtain rods in half the room. The room especially the bathroom was not clean, Very disappointing stay especially since I usually love Wyndam associated hotels. The hotel was very outdated with small rooms, and very dark, There was only one lock on the door and it was broken and did not latch all the way. A good push and the door was opened without a key. Did not fell safe.
