The A/C in the room did not work. When I asked the front desk about it , they said there was nothing they could do about it. My wife and I did not sleep at all last night . Very disappointed

It was very clean and neat here. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy. The staff and guests were all really nice. I slept so good that night, and check out was at 12 so i didn’t feel rushed to get all my things together. Also, the breakfast was really good and very well displayed. Will definitely come back whenever I’m back in town.

For Sumter SC, this hotel was s gem. It was plush. Loved the shower and the bed was very comfy. BREAKFAST was ok too.

The breakfast was not tended to so the area was not only almost empty by 830 but it was also a mess. The food itself was not good. The waffles were too hard to eat. The second morning the bacon was too hard to eat. There was hair on the walls of the shower. It looked as if it were from someone shaving their face. There was mildew on the grout. For what I paid per night I would have expected better.

The down button on the elevator wasn't working so we figured out we had to hit the up button, once in the elevator we had to wait for the door to close, then we could hit a lower floor. The front desk didn't mention it so maybe not aware. We will notify on checkout. Only stayed 1 night. Also, the room door slams shut. Otherwise it is very clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable.

Such nice people and our room was amazing. Wheelchair accessible, lots of space to get around. Housekeeping never came during our stay so we had to request coffee and wash clothes, which were delivered but the room was never cleaned while we were there. However, we will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay. Not stellar, but great location in the Historic District on Main Street. There is an Opera house across the street, (was not opened the weekend we were there) a brewery, and a local bar, but really nothing more !!

It was decent, I expected it to be a little better. My door was “dead”. My keys wouldn’t work, I got locked out of my room twice and the front desk would have to come and charge my door… I never knew that was a thing. I had a view of Main Street which was cool.
