"UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, SOON AS I ENTERED THE CARPET AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY DIRTY FILLED WITH SAND. "I should have anticipated the service from the moment i walked into the reception... Despite calling the hotel manager for directions a day before checking in, the receptionist was totally unaware of my reservation.
