The hotel and staff were nice. The air conditioner didn’t work, but the staff were quick to offer another room. The issues were with the parking and the building staff. We weren’t allowed to use the vacant EV chargers (pay for use) in the garage because they didn’t belong to the hotel. Also, we couldn’t get out of the garage because there was work on the door being done before the scheduled time.

The property was within walking distance of Wynyard Station .the room was a good size for 1-2 days stay. The room had been recently refurbished and was nice. My only complaint ( and a small one ) was that the mattress was lumpy and bowed in the middle. Would reccomend this motel to anyone who needed an overnight or short stay

This property was central to everything. Close to all major attractions and transport lines. Small bar with decent drinks, breakfast options, snacks etc. Free water and sparkling water dispenser in lobby.

Upon arrival we were asked for a credit card we had assumed it was for a hold and after the service man had charged our card he continued to explain it was charged for parking. We were happy to pay for it but communication before the transaction would’ve been nice so we knew how much it was going to cost and things like that. The staff were very friendly and helpful even when dealing with difficult and disrespectful guests. We thought it was a very spacious room and the tv worked which was a bonus for us. The shower wasn’t the best the head seemed to be very blocked and the water wasn’t able to come out of each of the holes on the shower head. And the pressure wasn’t very good. We noticed under the bed the dust was at least 2 cms thick and was very disgusting and there were random socks we found around the room in random places otherwise we were happy with the room.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and the hotel is in a good location but the price was excessive and not worth it for a basic hotel ($700 for two nights!). TV in the room didn’t connect to wifi and I was advised by reception that it’s ‘hit and miss’ as to whether the TV would connect. For the price I paid I would have thought they have the wifi sorted. If the price were more reasonable I would stay again.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, 100 metres from Darling Harbour, with all the restaurants and bars. Upon our arrival the staff were extremely helpful, a group booking of 12 was handled professionally and courteously, they even took time to offer advice for tourist trips and gave us maps with highlighted locations of interest, great service. All in all, a great experience it is a budget hotel, so rooms were on the small side, if you want 5 stars, go somewhere else, but we couldn’t fault this hotel, it had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. Recommend any time👍

We had a great stay, friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are clean and cosy but have everything you need, lots to do in and around the area and great restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus drinks and nibbles when ever. We also watched the free fire works at Darling Harbour which were great.

The room rates are good value for money, the location is very convenient to the CBD, Barangaroo and Circular Quay. Nice to have the bar downstairs for a nightcap and a coffee in the morning.

Great position within easy walking distance of train station. Fresh and clean with good facilities including bar and cafe onsite. Comfortably bed and very quiet. Downside is the size of rooms - we opted for a queen room which was very small . Parking is expensive.

Breakfast service was very very slow. only a few options and they even told pre made yet we had to wait almost 30mins to get egg and bacon muffin and coffee I would have expected in the city of sydney fast service not so slow like we had all day to wait. It was in dark room also not best lightening. I wonder if we would have got quicker if we said takeaway for the breakfast.

Excellent service from Ganesh on reception and particularly David in Lot 51. They looked after us extremely well and are a credit to the Ibis at Barangaroo. Highly recommend this hotel. This is the second time we have stayed there in the last two weeks. Can't speak highly enough about the service and quality of the rooms and the facilities.

Walking distance to Wynard Station. Very close to Darling Harbour - great choice for dining. I was not aware that there are ferries that depart from Darling Harbour - great choice for transport to Circular Quay! The room was very small - liveable but the shower was like being in a caravan - so small.

Enjoyed the comfort and practical experience of the room. Sadly, having no overnight toiletries available in the room such as basic shampoo and soap makes it difficult to the light traveller.

Staff were so helpful in looking after us and our luggage before getting our room ready early. Nothing was too much trouble and they were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was soooo comfortable. AC worked well and was reasonable quite as far as AC goes. Lot 51 was surprisingly good and very convenient too. The staff there were extremely helpful and welcoming and made us feel really special. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again when back in Sydney.

The property was realistic and a comfortable stay. We would have like a bit more of a welcoming room especially with the limited space the room had to offer. But the room was practical and perfect for a two night stay, any longer of a stay and we would have chosen a different room or property with more space, luxury and comfort.
