"We had a group of 35 (26 teenagers and 9 adults) and it was perfect! Everyone had a bed to sleep on and there was plenty of space to eat and relax! Very spacious and enough parking space for a 14 passenger van, 12 passenger 14 passenger bus, a Suburban, and a Highlander. The host was super helpful and we had no issues during our stay!"

"Overall the place was great.! Very clean. Location is just right. Community and property were nice and quiet and well maintained. Unit was well stocked with all of the necessities. Really only sleeps 6 in beds. Roll a way bed was a fold up mattress that was pretty covered in stains and only big enough for 1 teen or 2 small children. The check in info was not accurate which slowed the process but overall experience was great."

"What a great place! Surpassed all of our expectations! We really appreciated all of the special touches (full sized shampoo and conditioner, fluffy towels, plenty of extra paper products). The management company was very attentive through our stay, checking in during our weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!"

"Had a great stay here. Loved watching the river and fishermen. Quiet location with a rural feel but close to everything in Branson. Very comfortable renovated unit. Two things to be aware of, the stairs to the unit aren’t as easy for seniors and the turn at the shell station is not marked real well on the pavement and kind of dangerous, make sure to follow signs that say stay right."
