"overall the hotel was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located, the desk girl was the absolute worst, she could not speak English, but demanded she did and no one else was available to help us but her, we needed a taxi to the airport, she either didn't understand that or chose to ignore us, luckily after 20 min someone came by who did understand us and called us a taxi, she was also the one who demanded we pay our fees when we checked in after a delayed flight at 6 in the morning, she treated us as if we were untrustworthy or unworthy to be there because we were American and did not speak french. "
