I felt safe walking around the area and it has a lot of quality restaurants around, a supermarket about 5 mins walk away. It was quiet. "Great location - walk not even a block to the water, restaurants, tram, etc. No real parking options onsite unless you happen to get one of the maybe 6 spots out front which were always taken when I was there - but there is a big underground garage a few blocks away, just follow the signs. Building and rooms have a lot of charm and historic feel but have been updated in the right ways. Breakfast was amazing - loved the “wellness shot” of ginger! "
