It was convenient for our purpose of stay. Elevator didn’t work during our entire stay. We have strollers for kids. Very inconvenient to bring up down from stairs. Front automatic doors didn’t work first couple of nights. Rooms and hotel is outdated. Lobby looks nice but rooms are equally outdated. Shower had scuff marks and our toilet kept running entire stay. Rooms keys stopped working twice during our 3 night stay. Overall, it wasn’t even average.

Property had a water break and the hotel was unable to provide me a room upon my arrival. Terrible customer service which provided me NO HELP in finding other suitable accommodations.
