"This property gives a great bang for your buck. The price is wonderful for a three bedroom two bath apartment with a pool, gym and other games like ping-pong and pool. Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. The apartments are comfortable and the AC is fantastic! You won't be hot in these apartments. "Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend."

"Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff. So beautiful, lots of things to do on the resort itself. We enjoyed massages, parasailing, and swimming. Also great if you have kids and babies, our wee one loved it. We woke up to monkeys on our balcony and that was such a fun experience. You can also enjoy the harmless monitor lizards roaming around the resort. Lastly, the food and service is incredibly cheap and great quality. Highly recommend the Sigis bar and restaurant on the property. Will definitely come back."
