Great Apartment
The apartment had everything needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Location was nice and quiet contributing to a relaxing break. Would happily return for another stay.

The complex was lovely,pool area was particular nice. Apartment just needs updating in the bedroom and bathroom. We knew the location before we went but didn’t realise how steep the hill was.no fault of the apartments owners though.if you want a really quiet break then this would be a great complex to stay on

Great holiday at a very good price, great host!
Very nice and peaceful complex, great pool. Only if you have mobility problems will you have to travel upstairs by taxi or rental car.

Great stay
First time staying here and certainly won’t be the last. Great location with beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Clean and spacious apartment with great amenities. Would highly recommend.

Great Value Apartment, wonderful views
Such a good apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Massive TV entertainment unit which has numerous films available. Being up on hill we had beautiful views of La Gomera and saw some magnificent sunsets. The hill up from the main area became harder as the week went on, so had to give in and take a taxi up which which was just under 6 euros. Goid communication from Mike which made our arrival very easy. Would not hesitate to return and try to beat the hill for the whole week!!

This apartment is in quite location, very comfortable, a 20 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants , taxi back up the hill. The pool area, small pool 0.5 metres deep and the large pool 2 metres plus deep

Superb Relaxing Break
Absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. Everything is as described. Communication with Mike is superb, extremely helpful and flexible with our issues around flights in the current situation. If you want a quiet relaxing break, then this is the place. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Only 1 small criticism, mattresses a little too soft for us and beds a bit creaky. Thanks for a lovely stay.

very enjoyable great appartment all you need fir your holiday
Second stay at this appartment also booked for two weeks in October so as you can see we like it very much. Lovely big balcony which has sun on from lunchtime till sundown. Only down side is the hill its on we always walk down taxi back up cheap enough. All in all well equipped cant fault fully recommend

Fabulous
Everything was prefect , well equipped kitchen , spacious bathroom , comfy beds . Great views of the sea and mountain from the balcony , lovely and quiet, and only 15 minutes from all the nightlife , bars and restaurants and the beach . Hope to stay again !

Great apartment with everything you need, even a sea view from balcony, tv with all channels you could ever want, sports, films etc, just one warning it’s a very steep hill back from towns but cabs are cheap, would definitely recommend, very good correspondence from mike the owner and really good value for money.

Simple but adequate
All the information we were given before arriving was excellent and Mike sent us a key to get into the gated complex as we were arriving late, which was really helpful, The apartment is a good size for two and well equipped: washing machine, iron etc. WiFi was great as were the UK TV channels for nights we wanted to stay in. Towels and sheets were changed during our two week stay. Balcony is a fair size but only got the sun after 1.30pm. Pool was never busy and appeared well maintained. The apartment is up a very steep hill which was fine walking down but was tiring walking back; I suggest taxis back, especially if you have any mobility issues. This apartment is great value for money and contact with the owner was helpful, easy and swift. We recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, simple base to explore the area.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful setting!
We stayed here for a week and loved it. It was such a lovely change away from the hustle and bustle down near the beach front area. So quiet and relaxing, the complex sits in the hills with stunning views down to the coast and beyond. The apartment has a good sized balcony overlooking the pool area, we used it in the the day to catch the sun and at night to enjoy a glass of wine or two and watch the lovely sunset's. The apartment itself is roomy and well equipped. And a bonus is the great WiFi and thousands of TV channels included. We met the owner Mike a few days in and he was really nice to talk to. Communication with him before we arrived was good and had no problem when we arrived at the apartment. The only slight issue is being up in the hills, the walk up is tough so we just used taxi to get back up for around €3.50, but the walk down is fine and takes around 10-15 mins to get to all the bars/restaurants. There are a few bars and restaurants in the surrounding area if you don't want to travel too far, plus and Iceland supermarket nearby. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. It was also great value for money.

Comfortable apartment
Recent stay in this apartment , I enjoyed the stay some building work in progress opposite but not major problem, small electrical problem was addressed very quickly and a new kettle delivered. Would stay again next year.

The apartment was spot on, really well kitted out , had wifi uk channels and sports channels, all ok
Just had a lovely two weeks here, can't think of anything bad to say about this apartment, it is a 15 minute downhill walk to main bars, beaches and supermarkets so plan your day and get taxi back 3 or4 euros all good, cheers Mike, Stu n Connie.

Lovely quiet apartment.
Instructions from the airport were great. Always found a parking place nearby. No sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived but very quickly rectified by calling the number provided. All very clean Pool area great and very quiet during our stay. Walk down hill and then back up to bars and restaurants and beach but manageable if average fitness. Great having car to explore the island. Brill day climbing Montana Roja even the 2 teenage girls loved it. View to die for. We then chilled on the beach near there. Just don't go on Saturday morning unless you want the market as no parking anywhere so go very early if you like the market. Siam park well worth the money. Fantastic day out. We took the car but you could have walked in maybe half hour. Aqualand half way down the hill so in walking distance cheaper. We didn't go but it looked like it would have been fun too. Drove up the volcano to cable car site. Last cable car at 4 so we were too late. Quite a scary drive but good view points on the way. Piscinas Naturales El Caleton are natural volcanic rock pools. It was cool on the day we went so we didn't swim but great visit and the town is nice too. Another mountain drive to get there. If you don't like very windy roads I suggest taking the red road on the map to slightly outside the town and then coming back on yourself as the yellow road was very scary! Overall we had a lovely week and great weather for April.

Great apartment everything you need fantastic views from balcony , You can walk down to main areas in about 10 to 15 mins. But a taxi back is advisable ( they are very cheap ) Tried to book for September but not available for our dates would definetly stay here again great value Andy & gill

Quiet and conveniently located for vehicle access
For our first trip to Tenerife we valued this location's proximity to highways and to major beaches and attractions on the south side. The complex is located in a densely developed area of multiple condos and townhouses. I was well maintained, very quiet as not many occupants were present. Street parking was fine. A 15-20 minute is required to walk down (and up a steep incline back) to access limited services (bar, café and grocers). Not convenient for leisurely strolls. Wi-Fi available in main lobby of complex. Unit had great view of the ocean and a nice large balcony. Good size unit. Furnishing were sparse and well used, kitchen was minimally equipped yet sufficient for the three nights we stayed. No soap or shampoo in bathroom, but bath towels provided. In summary it was good value for the rate we paid.

Thank you for your comments. Wifi is now available in the apartment and free to guests. I am not sure what else the reviewer would expect in terms of additional items of furnishings I think that the kitchen is well equipped and sufficient for longer stays than the 3 nights - indeed some guests stay for several weeks and find it well equipped also. I note your comment on soap & shampoo but bear in mind that it is a self catering apartment and not a hotel room!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz für 2 Personen. Die Sonne ist gegen 14.00 Uhr auf der großen Terrasse und man kann abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Parkplätze findet man meist vor der Wohnung oder in der Nähe. In dem Hotelkomplex und der näheren Umgebung war es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es etwa 1,3km den Berg runter. Wir haben erholsame 2 Wochen in Mike's Wohnung verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

En general estuvo bastante bien.
En general estuvo bastante bien. Lo único que, siendo españoles, no había antena de tele y todos los canales eran en inglés... por lo demás muy bien.

Thank you for your comments Sadly there is no TV for Spanish Visitors as it is mainly a UK biased system and well over 95% of my guests are English speaking For other visitors (sadly not Spanish) there are channels for German, Scandinavian and French visitors
