We spent few days in February. The weather was amazing the hotel is faboulus. Only down point is that should have a bit more vegetarian option in restaurant.

Great hotel for families
Family friendly and heated pools. Plenty of sun beds for everyone and a warm friendly staff. There is plenty to do for the kids and housekeeping was excellent. I would recommend. The only thing I would say is to have hand sanitizer around the restaurants as all inclusive buffet we need to encourage people cleaning their hands more before eating.

The staff was always very friendly and polite. Hotel looks beautiful. Kids had lot's of entertainment but I wish kids klub lasted few more hours. The only minus - when checking out early there's no chance of getting any food (even though you're still entitled to get a meal)

Hotel was in good location and some staffs are very friendly. Where most of them refer somebody else and no clear direction from the staffs- that can be improved. Food wise first few days was very exciting then felt the most of the items are same n everyday menu. Please consider to change the variety and open up more on vegetarians option. Apart from everything was very good. Finally forget to mention about the drinks which was very basic not the good quality wines/sprits available for All-inclusive. Must be improved to gain more Customers.

We spent the last several days here. Family of four with kids 12yo and 10yo. Pools are great, activities at the one pool were engaging for all ages. Drinks and snacks easily accessible. Buffets we’re good but standard variety. Snack bar wasn’t great pizza, fries, burgers. Could do with some different options there. Room was nice and clean. We hung the do not disturb sign on our door each day but it was disregarded by the housekeeping. They still came in and made beds even though we put the sign out for them not to. Balcony is good for drying pool clothes and towels. Wish they communicated the activities for the evening better. If you want quiet after 9pm then don’t bother. There was loud music played in the evenings until midnight almost as well as fireworks. So if you have small children who are trying to sleep this could be an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excursion desk was helpful in booking a boat tour and it was fun! Recommend if you want somewhere to stay that’s convenient. Beach is a hike down to and worse coming back up but a beautiful place to see.

This was our second family stay here and we loved it (again). The quality and variety of the food was fantastic (lots of options for gluten free and vegetarian too). The hotel is lovely, In good condition and well cared for. Very clean. The swimming pools are great and the staff helpful. The only area of improvement I would suggest is to have a greater variety of entertainment in the evening and extend the hours of the kids club (currently 11am-1pm, and 3-4pm).

The worst costumer relations dealt by Patrica you could imagine. My son had fried tiny little fish for dinner and soon after he fell sick, he vomited the whole night continuously and when we took him to emergency medical centre we were told he got food poisoning as those little fish if stayed for long in room temperature before being cooked can contain a bacteria that kids tummy can’t handle. We lost the entire day of our holiday being trapped in our room to care for our child. When the customer relations was informed they kept insisting on showing them “evidence” that the food poisoning was caused by the fish. Since our arrival, every day we could see vomits here and there on the floor which suggests getting sick is not uncommon in this resort. On our last day, the taxi was booked for 3pm and I spoke with Patricia from the costumer relations to see if we could checkout at 3pm instead of the usual 12pm so the kids could use the pool and make up for the lost day, the answer was “NO, it won’t be free of charge because you don’t have an “evidence” to prove your child got food poisoning from the restaurant food”. If this had happened in any other hotel a professional customer relations would have given us some sort of compensation without even asking for one. Very careless and unprofessional attitude from Patricia who felt no sympathy about what happened to our child and all she cared about was seeing evidence from doctors that the fish caused the food poisoning.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, I got fascinated how easy and AFFORDABLE you can plan your daily excursions and activities right there into the hotel, you don’t need to go anywhere, there is a desk in the hotel lobby where you just reserve all the adventure you want. I met Ana Mendez there, SHE IS AN ADORABLE PERSON, and she will guide you through all the details, directions, availability, etc. She is very professional and will help reserving your activities, in my opinion I believe this is the best choice if you want to get the most of your stay, if you are looking for ADVENTURE, I RECOMMEND planning your excursions and activities with Ana. As a summary, the Hotel is AWESOME! It is the perfect choice for families with kids, quality of service, SUPER CLEAN rooms, and public areas, that will exceed anyone expectations BY FAR!

Couple holidays
Honest review from a couple in their 30’s: we wanted to stay in a quiet place and just relax and read a book. We paid for a sea view but a school was front of our balcony, we didn’t manage to sleep in peace in the mornings, the kids were there and played outside all day. By the pool we couldn’t relax either cuz of the kids, they were loud and everywhere, don’t take me wrong it’s a paradise for families with kids but not a place to relax. Food section was not as good either and u could hear someone’s baby were crying nonstop. We rented a car and went away most days, we tried to get a refund and find another hotel but it was possible from hotel.com, adults only section was only beds for adults but the kids were on both pools… short said it was not relaxing. I recommend couples like us to book the delmar del playar ( sisters hotel) 5 min walk from this one, much more relaxing and it’s beautiful. Oh btw we stayed for two weeks and there was red flag on the beach every day!!!! We were not able to swim there and somebody got drowned there another day. Tbh a perfect hotel for families with kids to stay there and not leave the hotel. It’s very big and u will do 10k steps a day from ur room to the pool.

This was our 2nd time staying at Landmar and it is fabulous. The only bad parts are...tiny bugs in the bathroom..gross. Rude people in the gift shop and thank goodness we ate out on Monday evening. I'm not sure what was going on, but the line to eat was all the way down the hall. Its terrible to see families with exhausted children just waiting to eat dinner. I still highly recommend the Landmar and would stay again. My family loves it there and there is always something to do. You can't beat the value. The best thing about this stay was the female singer/guitar player they had Monday evening, she was absolutely fantastic!!!

Beautiful views and nice pools. Unfortunately we received little notice about how the activity and dinning services operate. This left us frustrated that we couldn't have dinner at the restaurant or schedule a high rope climbing activity without reserving a day or so in advance. Reception also missed on opportunities to be a little flexible rather we heard several times, "this is not possible". Landmar felt more like a cruiseship marry-go-round, where you get on, then you get off, don't expect any 4 or 5 star customer service.

I really enjoyable family holiday. The kids entertainment is fantastic and the animation team do a brilliant job of involving the kids and looking after them. Good food, plenty of space in the hotel clocking up 15k steps plus per day. Really enjoyable will be back again.

Not to write home about. Checked in, got wrong room. Breakfast buffet is ample and large variety, but mediocre quality. The coffee makers dispense instant coffee, the juice is diluted cheap concentrate. The upside are freshly cooked eggs at the omelette station. Another huge thumbs down is that they charged extra for the use of the in-room safe. Well, there is a first for everything and this was a first for me. Other than that, i visited the restaurant exactly once for dinner as we arrived late. The pool has a slide, but no water park as advertised. The pool area and the free activities including climbing forest, mini golf, splash pool, beach volleyball, archery and others were nice and well kept. All in all it was ok, but not good value for money. We will not come again.

Very friendly staff who put on adult and children's games throughout every day and different cabaret events in the bar area each night (including Christmas day. The food was excellent quality with a huge choice. It was such a large complex and well organised it didn't seem crowded at any time. Even though it was fully booked. Weather was great and we've come home with a suntan after only a week there over Christmas.

The reception was terrible. They don't know how to greet or welcome their guests. Unless you are spanish, this place is not for you. They are racist. The 2 restaurants are terrible and they don't know what a la cart means. They give you the buffet food and its not an actual single dish. The buffet was ok but lots of Pork which is really displeasing. The staff are all rude except for the guys who run the games and some guys at the buffet service. The reception is the worst. They truly need a course on how to talk and treat their multicultural guests. If u r of color, this place is not for you. You will realise it instantly. Which is a shame.

We went first week in September when it was a lot less crowded. Staff could not have been nicer. Pools were fabulous but due to poop in the pool 3 separate days one pool each of these days was closed. Animation team was fabulous. Great activities for young children especially minidisco at night. Food was good. Room could use an updating but overall for the price we felt it was a great deal. Overall, enjoyed it.

My wife and I went with our two children (ages 4 and 5) and had a great time, save for one significant point - Expedia advertised they had babysitting facilities on offer but the hotel confirmed on arrival that they do not and have never offered this. If babysitting is a service that is important for you - they do not offer this here, despite what Expedia had advertised! That aside it is a lovely hotel, the kids club and entertainment are fantastic and the food was very good. The hotel seemed to be very well run, there is plenty to do on site and it represented good value for money. We would highly recommend this place

Overall: 9.5/10 - would have loved to stay for longer. Room: Beds very comfortable, lots of storage space for clothes, fridge with a few complimentary fizzy drinks in (not restocked), aircon easy to use, lovely shower. There were quite a lot of what we think were very tiny ants in the room on the dresser in the bedroom and the cabinet in the lounge area. Not sure if that’s to be expected but didn’t cause us too many issues. Cleaning team did an amazing job and the room was incredibly clean. They did a wonderful job. Food: Cannot fault it! Amazing choice and quality. All kept topped up and fresh with freshly cooked stations and a kids bit. We did sometimes eat at the snack bar, and there are a few flies but it’s to be expected and not too bad (and that’s from someone that HATES flies!) Availability of drinks great - apart from dinner when you have to be served drinks - understand that with alcohol but would be good to get your own soft drinks. Staff: Outstanding. Customer service experience was fantastic. Other facilities: Water slide is just for children. To go on treetops but you need to 6 or over and I think 1.2m tall (sadly son not able to). Soft play brilliant as well as splash park. Good access to tennis / volleyball / basketball / etc. Pools gorgeous! There is an arcade and we did spend a ridiculous amount of money there but it was great fun. Entertainment was fantastic. My son loved Landi! We went to the beach which was lovely and clean with a good wavy sea!

We stayed in a Landi Village room, all inclusive, for 8 nights, with an almost 3 year old and a 16 month old. We had a nice stay, but I would not stay there again. The good: Many swimming pools of different depths. Large variety of food in the buffet restaurants. Not amazing food, but decent. Room was stocked with milk, snacks, and beverages when we arrived. Walking distance to beach. Walking distance to grocery store. The play ground and splash pad were great. The not so good: The rooms were not child safe. The front door and balcony door did not have interior locks. Both of our toddlers were able to easily open both doors. We had to block each door with chairs and tables before bed. The bathroom door did not have a lock. The all-day snack bar was terrible. The double beds were pushed together to create a larger bed. This is normal in Europe, however, these beds were on wheels and constantly rolled away from each other. Some people might not care, but it was dangerous for our 16 month old. Housekeeping was mediocre. The glasses and coffee cups in our room were always dirty, even after they were supposedly cleaned. Also, they cleaned our room at a different time each day, Which is very inconvenient when you have two kids who take naps.

We were expected to swim in the sea, unfortunately the only sea area nearby was without service and wheather either did not was favourauble, if you look for a week of relax in all inclusive property los gigantes hotel work well, but if additional look for a swim in the sea than choose a different property and different geographic area
