So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy.
