Perfect!
This is our second visit to this wonderful apartment. Perfect location with stunning views. Easy walking to many shops and restaurants and the gorgeous area of El Portet. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Robert and Amanda are super hosts, nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have a relaxing, happy holiday. We look forward to our return later in the year.

Amazing apartment and hosts!
A beautiful clean, quiet, modern apartment with fantastic views. Cool and airy which was very welcome after a hot day. Rob made us very welcome and was always happy to answer any of our questions, checked if we needed anything and also kept us updated with events that were going on . Fantastic apartment on the waterfront
Just returned from the most amazing mini break! The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to the town’s shops, the beach and to the busy Friday market - and with an amazing view over the marina and out to sea from the balcony! The owners were amazing and the accommodation is lovely and modern. If you’re looking for a lovely apartment in the centre of Moraira with a scenic view from your balcony, book this one; you will not be disappointed!

A very lovely modern place and the view absolutely mesmerizing day and night with all the lovely boats in the Harbor below from balcony and living room. Elegant, clean, very comfortable apt with in house garage easy for 5 people. Centrally located can walk to everything beach, harbor, lots of restaurants, little boutiques, international locals and tourist. Robert and his wife are absolutely so kind and helpful and answer with in minutes!!! His suggestion for restaurants was perfect. I stayed in January for one week and temperature was fine and will hopefully stay there again..

The apartment is totally stunning, the interior has been designed and furnished with high end materials and furnishings throughout. Both bathrooms are luxurious with powerful showers. The main bedroom has plenty of storage and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is very modern and totally luxurious The views from the kitchen windows and the large well furnished balcony are the best you would find in Moraira. The light up cube table is great for evenings a bottle of wine! Moraira is a beautiful town with interesting narrow streets lined with boutique shops and a good choice and variety of restaurants and bars. With a cosmopolitan and cultured vibe by day or night. Both beaches are very close. We personally love El Portet Beach, which is perfect for couples and families alike. We cannot fault anything - the owners Rob and Amanda went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was perfect. We had excellent communication throughout the booking process and even though they were on a family holiday during our stay, they messaged to ensure we had arrived and were happy with everything. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your apartment. We will certainly be returning 'we just hope we can get availability in the future before everyone else finds this gem of a property and resort. Thank you Robert and Amanda .

Wonderful week in Moriara
Robert and Amanda are perfect hosts who want to ensure you have a great holiday. The apartment is beautifully furnished with quality and taste and is very comfortable. It is perfectly equipped to enable you to cater for yourself but also closely located to all the many bars and restaurants that Moriara has to offer. The view from the apartment is spectacular. It’s an enjoyable scenic 15 minute walk to El Portet beach which was our favourite or the other beach in town. We met done really nice people whilst out in the evening as Moriara is a very friendly place. Moriara is very clean and has a good range of restaurants to cover all budgets. We have just returned from our first visit to this area and it was absolutely fantastic! Apartment is spotless, comfortable, everything you need and the views are spectacular! The owners are lovely, communication from start to finish second to none, so helpful! The area is so pretty, lovely mix of locals and tourists. Everything you need is within walking distance, bakery, supermarket, beaches, small bars and restaurants either in the numerous pretty little squares or on the front overlooking the marina or beach. All the recommendations of where to have an evening meal by Rob & Amanda were spot on and we have to say some of the best meals we have ever had out! Thanks Again both for everything, we had a fabulous relaxing time!

Before the trip I asked Rob a few questions and received speedy replies. We found everything about the apartment to be excellent, it is modern, very clean and the view is superb over looking the marina, it's also within easy walking distance to local restaurants, shops and supermarkets. We never had any problems during our stay, but it is good to know that Rob is on hand should anything need to be sorted out. I have no hesitation is recommending this apartment, it is an ideal size for the two of us and the location is spot on. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

A magical location
Set in the heart of Moraira overlooking the Marina, this apartment has to occupy one of the best positions in Moraira. Set in a well established building with a mix of tenants and holiday apartments, the apartment is modern, bright, comfortable, with all you will need to enjoy your vacation. Fabulous apartment, in a great resort, unbeatable combination
On arrival we were directed to the underground car park and we left the hire car in a safe and secure parking space. Amanda then introduced us to an absolutely stunning apartment, fitted out with first class equipment. Five Star Hotel very much springs to mind. Everything about the apartment was great from the easy operated reversible air conditioning, comfy beds, massive wide screen TV (with lots of English channels). The two bathrooms are out of this world, straight out of a design magazine absolutely stunning and provide excellent showering facilities. The view from the balcony is even better that the website pictures and is a great place to spend a few lazy hours if you do not feel like venturing out. Having owned our own rental property we know just how hard it is to get it right but Robert and Amanda have succeeded big time. Without doubt we will be going back later in the year, you can’t go wrong with this apartment or Moraira, just perfection.

A jewel in the Crown of Moraira
This is the fifth property we have rented through HomeAway over the past 2 years and it is the best. Ranging from a beautiful villa in the hills at the back of Moraira to a town house on Menorca with an amazing terrace overlooking Mahon harbour entrance as well as properties on Teneriffe and Santa Ana Menorca, this has been the most enjoyable. Immaculate on the inside with a lovely terrace overlooking the Marina this property is perfect for a stay of say 7 to 10 days. The location gives immediate access to all the amenities that Moraira offers and is secure with a lift access. Nothing was too much trouble for Amanda and Robert, not that we requested that much. Great to have the actual owner to greet us upon arrival (the first time) and show us around the property. A memorable holiday in a delightful location. Perfect - in every way possible.
We have just returned from a week away in Moraira, celebrating a very good friends wedding, and I am so pleased we were invited,one as it was an honour to attended the wedding of such a lovely couple, and second, as otherwise I may never have visited this area, and found a truly beautiful place on earth. It was our first visit and I suspect it will not be our last. Firstly, we were met by Robert the owner which was an absolute delight, he was very friendly, warm and informative about the local area. Robert helped us park the car in the underground car park, which is very secure, escorted us to the apartment, and gave us the tour, and what a tour it was! The views when we first walked in took my breath away, they are truly amazing, overlooking the harbour, and out to sea :-). So with the very handy binoculars (which Robert has very kindly supplied - thank you Robert!). We viewed boats coming and going, and the night became a stargazing competition, you can gaze out from the balcony, anytime of day, or night, whilst enjoying a glass of chilled whatever you fancy from the fridge . The apartment has everything you could ask for, the decor, is fresh clean and light, the bathrooms are high end hotel quality, and my Husband and I kept commenting on the attention to detail from the floor level lights that guide your way at night throughout the apartment, to the mood lighting in the bedroom, to the selection on the TV (ok we didn't use it a lot due to the amazing view, but its there if you want it), to the hidden blinds in the windows, and a full integrated kitchen that has everything you need. My opinion is that the pictures although great do not do this beautiful apartment justice, you will have to go and see it to see what I mean. The location in fantastic, you are right where you need to be for restaurants, bars, shops and you can stroll right (out of the front door) and end up in Playa del Portet in 15 mins, and have a coffee in the morning over looking the grand beach, or stroll right and go see the "castle" which is near the main beach, either way you go you will not be disappointed. I could add so much more but and I am running out of words/character, so I will say one last thing, if you are considering booking don't look any further, you will not be disappointed. xxxxxx

It's all been said before! It's brilliant, very central, spectacular views. The photos do not do justice to the views, they are breathtaking as you walk into the lounge. The only thing I can add is although it's super modern, we were four ladies ranging in our fifties to our eighties and we loved every moment of it.. It caters for everyone. Robert was especially helpful and accommodating and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was both comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much Robert.
