Two bedroom in the Grand Georgian, room was clean, spacious. But the room would be ensuite was incredibly loud from the air conditioning and either some electrical or piping issue in the bathroom that was not visually apparent. There was a constant noise all night that kept us up. We're not going to wake up in the middle of the night to change rooms. I mentioned it to the staff at checkout but she didn't really seem to have any concern. I don't think I would stay in this property. Been here many times, and this might be the last.

Our room was not ready at check in time. When I texted the concierge, they told me they try to accommodate early check in but it’s not guaranteed but this was 45 minutes past check in. Our room wasn’t ready by 5:30 and I had to go and ask for a different one since we had young children with us that needed to get to a room.

Loved the village shopping and restaurants. Lots of open air seating areas and walking paths. The kitchenette in the room was great for a quick meal or snack. Would love to bring our whole family back. Lots to do for kids too. Did not like having to pay for parking each night over and above the hotel room cost. The hot tub was dirty at night. It did seem a little cleaner the next day.

Unfortunately, we have experienced some wild inclement weather and with the high winds, it's an ongoing battle for our teams to maintain with the swirling flora. We are working on the getting the upper hand on addressing the issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We have brought this to the attention of our leaders to monitor more closely.
It wasn't quiet but not the property's fault...a bunch of hooligans were partying right below our balcony all night, but the hotel was great!

Village bars, restaurants, along with guests are cautioned to lower volume after 11pm and can understand your frustration with the one in earshot not complying with the bylaw. On report of noise, we are happy to dispatch our security personnel to the offending location to provide a warning and trust that you were able to connect with our associates to provide your concerns.
I love that the kitchenette had plates, cups, cutlery, dish soap, dish towels, coffee maker and cutting board. It made it so much easier to eat food in the room and clean up. Wonderful property and staff and I would definitely stay here again!

It's great being right in the village to be walking distance to everything. But the hrs of a lot of the shops and dinning are terrible.
It's a Saturday night, why did it seem like most places were closed very early.

Great check in and nicely updated room. Everything within walking distance, however we were switched from the Grand Georgian to Seasons Blue when we arrived, which was under renovations, so it was very dusty and smelled highly of paint in the lobby.

We had our ac unit not working for the first night, repair man David showed up around 9:30am and was able to replace broken compressor in a 1/2 hour. He was pleasant and so kind to our son. I give him 5 stars !!!!

The amenities of all the restaurants and stores were nice. I cheked in at the Blue Moutain Inn and the staff there were very nice and friendly.
However, the hotel had walls, doors, and furniture had many scratches. As well, the hotel room smelt like wet dog. My key did not work. Internet was poor also resulted in the t.v. disconnect often. Also always lots of construction.

A little disappointed that we didn’t know the hotel was under construction until we got there. They new rooms were great but the first 2 floors were closed for renovations.

Was in the Weider Lodge, had a great lodge feel through its design. I enjoyed the area and the village considering its spring.
My only issue was the TV and the entertainment service available through it. The remote did not work, it was clunky and laggy to operate. The actual on-demand or device share options did not work, you couldnt connect your music..heck it was impossible to even get to the cable guide screen at times. Very disappointed in this aspect, one just expects better in 2024 and specially at a highly respected resort at Blue Mountain.

I stayed there for my daughter's dance competition and we were all just getting over not being well and the heat in the room was 80 degrees! I called and they sent a nice maintenance man who fixed it for a little while but then in the middle of the night it was 80 degrees again and none of us could sleep, so I called again in the morning and the same thing then the following night it went back up to 80 degrees again. It wasn't full as it was their off season, wondering why we weren't give another room with proper HVAC. It was a horrible experience with 0 sleep.
