It is very well maintained, directions are clear and concise, and the host is not only easy to communicate but accommodates you as best as he can. Each bed is very comfortable and the rental easy slept me and all my friends. The backyard is a great hangout spot for early morning or in the evenings. The dishwasher was kind of broken but with some messing with the parts we were able to get it...

The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. "
