"Without a doubt, Olina, Business Manager, made the difference. Since we arrived she offered sodas to compensate for our short delay at registering. When we needed to collect our laundry from a nearby laundrymat, she sent a driver to do so. Food is very good, not excellent selection, but good quality. Rooms are good enough.
