We went to bed with no siren and traffic sounds from the city and woke up with the songs of birds. Recommend this place for people who need a get away from the hustling of a busy life. The hostess was more than accommodating."

"Great place to stay in Ireland. Lots of fun. My grandmother was born in Ireland near here. Visited with cousins. First Near Shannon. Then in Tipperary. Went north to visit the Caldwell Castle. My daughter-in-law's name is Caldwell. Snodgrass is a Scotch/Irish name, but my father converted to Catholicism. We went to Giant's Causeway. We had seen it before, but my daughter-in-law wanted to see it. Finished up at Arhelow House. Visited with cousins the night before because my one cousin was leaving...

"A quirky and eclectic house, not the for tall of stature. It's a traditional style of Irish country cottage set in a gorgeous Limerick valley. If you like country living and a break from the mundane, this is a good choice. Watch out for the oil heating bill at the end though."
