Perfect location, in a quiet area of Shinjuku. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They shipped our luggage to our next destination without a hassle. Rooms are very clean and all basic amenities are available. Beds are comfortable. Free water, coffee and snacks are available. Would definitely recommend.

This property is conveniently located adjacent to the busy Shinjuku and Kabukicho neighborhoods - close enough to enjoy, but slightly buffered from the madness. The property is clean offers a refined welcome to guests in the lounge lobby. A nice breakfast is on offer, along with a daily happy hour where they serve Japanese whiskeys and sake free of charge. I would absolutely recommend this property to business, family or adult travellers.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s small, modern, convenient - they have snacks for breakfast and a nice open happy hour. Staff made the experience great! The rooms are not huge - which is not unexpected in Japan. What the rooms lack in terms of size the hotel more than made up for it in their hospitality!

This hotel is great and close to everything. I would recommend you putting the train exit number on your website so travellers catching the train no which exit to take to get to you. Also the pillows are less than comfy but otherwise excellent place to stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our double room is reasonably spacious by Japanese standard. We could open two 28” suitcases at the same time! Contemporary room decor and clean bright bathroom. Convenient lighting control and USB charging at the bedside. We enjoyed the all-day coffee service, morning pastries, yogurt and cereal in the lobby. Hotel also offers a selection of alcoholic beverages from 5-9 pm. Great place in the lobby to unwind. Common areas are quite dirty though. The floor, carpet, elevator and hallway etc., need to be kept cleaner. Community spaces also require a lot more custodian attention. I wish there was English instructions for the TV control and maybe offer an English news channel for international travelers.

The property was very nice but the room we chose was supposed to be wheelchair accessible and it wasn’t. My husband did not fit in the bathroom with wheelchair so he had to sue the lobby bathroom. We had to upgrade for a bigger room in which we paid $500 more.

Location of this hotel is very convenient. It’s close to restaurants and subway stations. While it’s near Kabukicho, it’s on the more residential and business side. Very quiet. We have 3 kids with us and we felt safe here, nothing concerning. Rooms are small but clean and functional.

The place was very clean. It was very close to the bus station where it will take you to other parts of the city. It was a walking distance from Shinjuko station as well.

Was a great stay! Loved every bit of the place except the lobby smell was very strong. Supposed to smell good but it’s just very overpowering. Hotel room was nice size, each had our own bed for 3 friends traveling.

We stayed at four hotels in 2 weeks, this was our least favourite. Hotel staff were not friendly, didn’t greet you or acknowledge us when entering. We were disappointed that they turned off the feature on the tv that would access Netflix, Prime etc and offered their VOD movies for $10 each. This is a basic service that most hotels should offer. Not that we were in the room much, but being able to stream helps winding down at the end of the day (especially with kids). Breakfast was all sweets, nice to have something - but consider it more of a snack. Overall this is a basic hotel but for the price would’ve expected more.

Staff are friendly and are willing to help. The hotel comes with a free bar. They give you free bottled water and fresh towel everyday. The rooms are very small and is slightly rundown. The level of cleanliness is below average.

Perfect for a family trip
The kids loved all day donuts , nice communal lobby , great place to hang. Good location , close to multiple metro lines . Staff was friendly and provided great assistance. Located next to multiple food options and just off the Golden Gai . I wish they started the breakfast service at 6/ 6.30 instead of 7 am . Otherwise all in all a good experience

Perfect location. Close enough to walk to Shinjuku and far enough out of the hub to get a great nights rest. In between two train stations so quick to jump on the metro. Complimentary coffee, tea and donuts for most of the day. Free alcohol some evenings and a complimentary continental breakfast, could not have asked for more. Staff were super helpful and hotel was beautifully designed. Thank you for our stay.

We arrived back in Tokyo after a jaunt around Japan for our last leg. We were met with a free sake bar and treats with a lively lobby environment, but only to find that it was masking the poor conditions of the rooms. The carpets were full of stains and the walls unkept for an uncomfortable feel of the room. We ended up checking out within 30 min and found a better deal with nicer rooms 2 blocks away.

Very good.
I recommend this hotel. I stayed in a double (Room 801) which was certainly spacious enough for a solo traveller. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was excellent. The room's window overlooked the adjacent building; if you want a better view, I'd suggest asking when you book. The lounge area/reception was stylish and relaxing. Free coffee and donuts. Also complimentary sake/wine between about 6pm to 9pm. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Photos look beautiful but the reality is that only the lobby is like the photos, super dirty everywhere, the rooms extremely small and smell like mold, carpet is disgusting, walls are dirty. Price is good but is not worth it, rather pay a little more and be in a cleaner environment.
