This place is all about packing em in and making money. A little too touristy. Rooms are very tiny. Breakfast could have included more fresh fruits and vegetables. The interactions I had with the staff was subpar. Not the best customer service. I will not be returning.
In the epicentre of Shinjuku entertainment district, with its restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, services, this Godzilla themed hotel was a fun stay for us. The room was good sized for Tokyo, bed was comfortable, good AC and wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again if we are back in Tokyo.
This is a great hotel in a very overly touristy and busy area of Shinjuku. Biggest issue with the room is it is so so so dusty! Everyday more and more layers of dust would appear
This is a very convenient location, about five minutes walk to Shinjuku station which takes you all over Tokyo and other cities such Hokone…the alley in front of the hotel is lively as there are many karooki and bars very safe to walk around.
Very conveniently located in the heart of Shinjuku. Amazing food and nightlife around the area. The hotel itself is clean. Toilets are nice too. However, it is noteworthy to note that the rooms are tiny. Best suited for solo travellers. Pillows are rather hard too. Otherwise, a great place to stay.
Hotel is awesome! The staff is great and rooms are clean. The bathroom-especially the shower/bathtub and the bidet are excellent. If I was coming to Japan again though, not sure I would stay in Shinjuku since it’s so so crowded and not the cleanest.
No space, no where to hang ur clothes in the bathroom or anywhere. Too tight for the price u pay. Exhausting yo stay in ur room.

I came to Japan during the sakura season and stayed at the hotel at the end of March 2024 for five nights. The hotel islocated in convenient area of Shinjuku, about 5 minutes of walking from the Shinjuku Station West Exit. The area is bustling during daytime and lively at night especially on weekend. The area around the hotel is safe as is anywhere in Japan. The hotel rooms are small and expensive during the cherry blossom season. We were a party of four and had to book two rooms with a small double bed and barely had space to walk around in the room with our luggage. The hotel had an optional buffet breakfast, the food selection was good but it became boring with the same food every day so we only ate breakfast there for three mornings of our stay and ate at other restaurants in the same shopping complex on the other days. The hotel room service was good during our stay. We would look for other choices to stay the next time we come to Japan because of the hotel price value with the space they have.
Such a great place to stay! Japanese style bathroom which I like! Center of everything and hard to get lost when you look up and see Godzilla. Good place to stay for nightlife
The location was very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and train station. The room was a lot smaller than anticipated, it's for 2 people max. There in no closet to store luggage, so it will always be in the way. The bed and pillows were also extremely firm.

Should notify people making reservations that the Godzilla terrace and cafe are closed before making a booking. Hotel was nice, great location. I would definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet with your booking restrictions.
Great central location. Disappointed in that the Godzilla area was off limits, and there was no common area to hang out in and work on computer, have a coffee, etc.
Great location for transport, food and nightlife; hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Room sizes are very small but that’s Tokyo - in my room there was no cupboards or storage just two small indents in the wall with space for three hangers each. If you travel light you’ll be fine.
One thing to note, it that due its location you have to be aware of the streets you walk down as some have aggressive touts trying to push you into going to what I assume to be strip clubs. That did make me feel unsafe but once I knew the streets they operated on and avoided them it was fine.
All in all a great three star hotel with compact rooms.
