This is an affordable Toronto option particularly for 2 guests as it is a 2 bedroom suite. The bed was very comfortable and it was wonderful to wake up to the Toronto skyline. The rooms are spacious, quiet and there is a large fridge and microwave in the suite. There is also a TV in each room but mine was not connected. There was an unfortunate issue with the bedding but this was quickly resolved when reported and my room was changed. The Front Desk were excellent in their response and very friendly. The location is great as there is a street car about 5 mins walk away to downtown. There is also a No Thrills about 15 min walk away. The hallway carpets are pretty dirty in parts but it is likely very challenging trying to keep these clean with high traffic throughout the year.

Affordable downtown accommodations close to the Distillery District! And the parkade (paid parking) is super close and easy to access. Room itself is very basic and quite small and the carpets are a bit icky. Bathroom was clean but the shower is very low. Very busy and noisy but that’s what you can expect being downtown.

This is first time to stay at college property. This property was Very nice and clean. But there is no hair dryer and coffee maker as well. But distillery district is very close from this hotel.
