Two week st
Nice well equipped apartment as described. Right in the heart of Torremolinos, great pool with pool snack bar. Would recommend this for anyone who wants to be close to the town and beach with great transport links close by. If you don’t like lifts or heights then maybe not for you. All in all we thought it was a great place to stay.

Walking enthusiasm. That's the place
The place is situated in the heart of Torremolinos, Casa del Sol. Excellent access to buses and trains to Malaga and other places.. Owners helpful and friendly. Close to boardwalk and beaches. Two lovely pools. Close to shopping, bistros and bars, cafes. It's got it all. Will return again next year. Love to walk and explore you will enjoy.

Tenth floor condo with terrace and views!
The condo was clean and updated, perfectly located in La Nogalera plaza in center of town with many restaurants/ bars, on tenth floor with terrace over looking the plaza with panoramic views, and three swimming pools. The kitchen was small but did the trick and was well stocked. The two bathrooms was a great bonus, but note that this is more of a one bedroom condo than two since the second bedroom is tiny (just enough space for the bunk beds). Internet and air conditioning worked well, and we didn’t hear any street noise or loud neighbors while we slept. Conveniently situated next to the train station, a couple of blocks from the bus stop, and a short walk to the beach (that Calle de la Playa leads down to the beachfront but is really a long stairway so a bit strenuous climbing back up to the town center). Hosts Paul and Jeffrey were very responsive and easy to contact. We stayed here for three weeks and overall had a fantastic vacation in Torremolinos.

Excellent Apartment.
This is an excellent well equipped apartment on the 10th floor. The decor and furnishings are modern. The beds are very comfortable. This apartment is centrally located in Torremolinos close to the railway station, main square, restaurants and bars. The views from the apartment are fantastic. The hosts Jeffrey and Paul are very helpful and friendly.

Grest place to stay central to everything ,bars, cafes ,restaurants lots going on.
Owners were available by email ,response was immediate,they personally came in and cleaned each week ,clean bedding and fresh towels .Helpful book in English with Drs ,Dentists' which I needed for an emergency visit got in same day all who spoke English .Places to see location of train station,buses. Places to visit.We were on 10 th floor saw amazing stuff inc two huge religious parades twice over the Easter parade.There was a torremillinos citizen concert great local talent.All kinds of entertainment going on at diff times then one weekend was a huge fashion show over four days we had great views over looking the balcony .Best of both worlds with being in the square lots and lots of shopping we were able to go up and down to the beachfront very easily as we are mobile lots of steps lead to the beach if you can’t do steps there is an elevator very close by to use .The apt was great for two adults and two kids as the second bedroom was very small was bunk beds not ideal for two adults climbing to the top bunk but an extra adult would manage on the bottom bunk fine.We were there for two months there was pools opened from mid March lots of loungers always plenty available.The only thing we were disappointed with was the weather this year as it was very windy so sometimes too cold to use the balcony being on the 10th floor but we heard the weather was not good anywhere this winter and the owners can’t predict that can they .Would definitely book here again as we loved it thanks so much to our hosts Paul and Jeffrey hope to come back again from Gillian and Gary is home in Canada .Just read through after submitting realized the second bedroom read wrong should have read Would be suitable for kids or teenagers ,would be difficult for adults or seniors to climb up onto the top bunk .

The best rental apartment we've had in Costa del Sol
We couldn't believe our good luck when we arrived at this apartment overlooking the Nogalera Plaza in Torremolinos Centro! It's on the penthouse level (10th floor) of a highrise overlooking the square and is the ideal location to watch concerts, festival activities and just to people-watch from the balcony. Jeffrey and Paul were wise enough to install triple-paned windows in the master bedroom, so the sounds of the activities below were definitely not a problem while going to sleep. The train station is on the main square, the bus depot is just a few steps away and the taxi stand is right beside the building. There is no need for a car and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. If you like the look of this rental, book early because it's a definite gem! We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or landlords for the 3 months we stayed here. Bravo, Jeffrey and Paul!

Bel appartement très lumineux
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil à la sortie du métro pour la visite de l'appartement et la remise des clés. L'appartement est confortable, joliment décoré et très lumineux, avec une superbe vue sur la ville et une vue partielle sur la mer. La literie est très bonne. Les équipements de la cuisine sont basiques mais les ustensiles nécessaires sont présents et en bon état. Nous avons cependant une forte réserve pour un séjour en hiver (nous y étions pour un mois) En effet, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse, l'appartement étant situé sur le coin d'un 10è étage, la terrasse était battue par le vent et orientée plein Nord, donc sans soleil.

El apartamento esta situado justo enfrente de la estación de RENFE y de todas más tiendas y restaurantes. Además dispone de tres piscinas muy tranquilas. El apartamento está muy limpio y dispone de dos baños completos lo que facilita las cosas

Zentrales Stadtappartement, sehr guter Vermieter
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem zentralen Appartement genossen. Der Ausblick ist klasse, auf der belebten Fussgängerzone ist immer was los (...auch noch Abends) und zu sehen. Kurze Wege in der Stadt und zum Strand den Berg hinunter. Der Pool war uns, jetzt im Oktober, zu kalt zum baden, jedoch hinlegen und die Sonne genießen funktionierte prima. Vielen Dank an Paul, der uns nett am Bahnhof "Torremolinos"in Empfang genommen und zum Appartement 1 Min Fußweg gebracht hat.Kurze Einweisung und Einkaufstip gab es dazu. Alles bestens und gerne wieder.

Mitten im Geschehen
Alles bestens, sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Verwalter "Paul". Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung. Strand ist in wenigen Minuten über Treppen oder Lift zu erreichen. Stabiles Internet, mehrere deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Die Wohnung kann ich ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.
