I had a great stay at Ibis hotel! Needed a quick sleep over while on business trip in Linz and this hotel came in handy, great service and a nice room. Good value for money!

This is a hotel with minimal facility for people who want to just sleep without much expectation. They charged 15 euro per person for breakfast separately. Location is great for people who teavels via trains.

This hotel was perfect for me. Only thing I would like to say is I wish the bed and pillows were more comfortable they not that bad though. The staff members were super friendly and made me feel like home. Austrian people are so nice.

Great location close to train station
There was only one problem with the hotel - no air conditioning. Otherwise it’s an ideal location for business. Close to the train station and tram stops. It’s a 15 minute walk to the main city centre and whatever tourist sites you would like to see. The bar is reasonably priced and the food was very acceptable. All in all good value

Great choice for a break from die zug.
Stayed one night during travel. Good choice for the stay, just across the street from the HBF. Would stay here again. Nice staff and good frustuck as well.

Friendly staff and convenient to train station and other local and regional public transportation. The AC did not function and apparently could not be fixed because it is an old system. The cable had 2 English-language channels (from the UK), but over a dozen Russian state-controlled channels. This did not seem right.

Excellent value and location!
Hotel was across the street from the main train station and the tram line was in the train station. You could buy an all day pass on the tram and buses for a very reasonable price. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful! The breakfast was excellent and we had dinner in the restaurant which was also good. We needed a late check out time and there was no problem with the hotel.

Convenient stay at the train station
Comfortable and convenient hotel just across the road from the train station. Everything nice, friendly staff, good breakfast (but grab your coffee before breakfast ends, or you’ll have to pay for it). Downside was the Wi-Fi. Not very stable, and dropped out often. Short walk into the city center.

Ideal for our needs
This hotel is perfect for a one night stop, particularly if you are breaking a train journey as it is opposite the main railway station. It's not all that far from the town centre but a 24 hour travel card is useful, we got the one that also gave us the tram up to postlingberg. The hotel is clean and modern and the breakfast is quite good value. There is a good selection of English TV channels.

Nice hotel within couple of minutes walk from Linz
Very nice and convenient location. Staff very polite and good. We had a very good stay here in spite of bad weather spell. Hotel restaurant is very good but lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Even on holidays where most are closed station some shops are open. Only complaint is that no coffee or tea making facilities available in the room.

Great hotel near train station
A friend and I shared a double room. The room was spacious and very clean. Wifi was reliable and fast. Staff at the desk were friendly, spoke excellent English, and were happy to answer questions such as the best way to reach locations in Linz and where to eat and find grocery stores.

Lovely time in linz
Went to visit my uncle and had a fabulous time with my boyfriend at ibiz linz city. The location was perfect right across from the main train station and there was a supermarket next door. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and spacious

Fine for a quick stopover
We wanted to be near the station, and that it is. It is a good clean functional hotel. Served it's purpose. I always have trouble with ibis wifi on my phone, and the staff at the desk couldn't help me.

Well placed for train station and airport bus
Stayed just for one night, arriving by rail and catching the airport bus in the morning. Perfect for this purpose, as very close to the stop for the airport bus but opposite the train station. Good corporate style hotel, and breakfast was also good

OK for what I needed
I stayed one night. The hotel was two minutes' walk from the station, which was the only important factor after a long journey and with heavy luggage, apart from a reasonable price. Five days later into my holiday I remember little about the room, so it must have been all right, and I didn't try the restaurant, which looked a little boring. I got some helpful advice from reception about using the tram, and people spoke English, thank you.

Request Ignored
Probably the most important aspect of anyone's stay is that they have the correct bed choice. When you book a twin room, or a double room, you do it for a purpose. It is therefore disappointing when your specific request is ignored and you get allocated a facility that is wholly inappropriate and results in one person sleeping on the floor. This is an issue for Hotels.com as well as the Hotel. Fortunately, for the second and third nights, an appropriate room was secured but all the plus points were rather overshadowed by this failure.

Good price/performance hotel with garage in Linz
I always like to come back to that hotel during Ars Electronica festival. Hotel is recomandable to business visitors and other for short stay.

Good location and price
Very good location, close to the railway station. Accomodation is nice but price does not iclude brakfast that costs additional EUR 11 per person. It is quite expensive. Staff was friendly. Travel cot is free of charge for small child that is beneficial.
