"Our first impression was that the vrbo site doesn't do it any justice! It may be small in places, but it had plenty of room for my wife and I. I was impressed with the look and workability. We took advantage of the back patio. Bed was firm and very comfy! The location was great because it was away from the noise of the tourists and traffic of Kalabaka. But it was only blocks away. "The only problem we encountered with the property was that someone knocked on the door and asked for money. That had nothing to do with the owner."

"Electric range and washer were out of order. There was no microwave either. It was too inconvenient to cook only with a coffee pot. The owner asked me to turn on only one circuit breaker between kitchen one and bathroom one when we need. We had to keep both circuit breakers turned off while we do not use them upon his request."

Some stocking of kitchen essentials (salt & sugar) would have been nice and the mattress and bedsheets could have been a bit more comfortable. But overall, we were happy to have stayed here because Meteora is DEFINITELY a place you should spend more than just a day in! And the price is right."
