Overlooking Martis Valley, take in an exclusive view and enjoy the sunset from the front deck or the expansive living room with abundant windows. In the mornings, sip coffee on the back deck with chirping birds as sunlight trickles over the mountain in your own backyard, doubling as a perfect and private sled hill in the winter. Upstairs in the Master Bedroom, enjoy a private sitting area, with a gas fireplace, and jacuzzi tub. On the entry level, teens can gather in a bunk room with T.V., games, and a covered deck. Additional bedrooms also feature diverse sleeping solutions, comfortably appealing to a wide variety of family arrangements. The main level offers a large and open-concept living, dining, and kitchen experience. Guests will enjoy gathering in a picturesque and bright interior, feeling refreshingly well-designed and comfortable. Smart T.V.'s afford guests the ability to also access their Hulu/Netflix accounts. The eat-in kitchen offers additional seating, along with the wet bar in the living room. Even the garage is exciting! Offering a loft space equipped with a Ping-Pong table and easy ski storage.

Guests of this rental will have access to the many excellent, shared NPOA amenities such as a game room, pool, three jacuzzi tubs, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball court, fitness room, and sauna! All amenities may be subject to fees. In the winter, hit the slopes at the Northstar California Resort, just 2 miles away. In warmer weather, enjoy the many water activities as well as the spectacular views at Lake Tahoe, 8 miles away. And head over to downtown Truckee to sample the local cuisine and browse the shops for that perfect souvenir, just eight miles from your front door.

THINGS TO KNOW
Access to the recreation center amenities costs an additional $10 per-day fee for each guest five years or older.
Many of the shared amenities offered by Northstar and the NPOA Recreation Center are subject to COVID-19 restrictions and weather conditions. No accommodations or refunds will be made in light of this.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: SHUTTLE: You can reach the Northstar shuttle by calling (530) 562-2257. The shuttle accommodates up to 8 people



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
