While we ultimately enjoyed our stay at a two-bedroom cottage, we were upset that the additional charge for bed linens and towels was not transparent at the time of booking. We travel on a budget and did not expect an extra charge on top of the rate for the night. They charge 140kr per person for bed linens and towels. You will get an email about this AFTER you make a reservation. There is also a charge for cleaning, which is quite high, but we found this easy to avoid if you agree to tidy up when you leave (return to the state you found it). Had we known of the full cost up front and made the reservation on that basis, we would have been quite happy with the stay. The cottage was rustic and comfortable, very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor area surrounded by nature. Note that check-out is somewhat early - 10:30AM, considering you may have to clean the place before you leave.

Thank you very much for your helpfull review! When a guest book this cabin it is written that there are no bed linen and towels included and that the cleaning is not included. It is correct that we send out an email after the booking to explain that you can bring your own bed linen and towels and clean the cabin self. We also mention the price. Hope to see you again :-)

Everything was perfect!
Everything was great! Nice location, comfortable cottage, well equipped and free wifi. Nice views of the ski slopes from our cottage. All the amenities you could possibly need were available. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Just perfect for our vacation with younger kids.

Sehr schöne und saubere Hütten. Alles drin was man braucht. Wenn man nicht mit dem Auto fahren möchte, ist ein Skishuttel Bus kostenlos Vorort. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Basic and clean cabin with option to reserve sauna
Decent value for the money. Clean cabin. Some smell of an old building was present, so if you are sensitive to that it may be worth to consider other options. Need sheets and end cleaning not included in the price. All necessary utensils and equipment in kitchen for basic cooking. Sauna available close to cabins with separate reservation/cost. Nice atmosphere and good heat ("löylyt"). No shower at the sauna, so be prepared to wash at your cabin afterwards (our cabin had spacious bathroom with warm water). Might be good idea to bring dedicated sauna-towel which you need at least when cooling outside of the sauna (and since there is no shower your towel will get wet from sweat). There is no dressing room either, so you'll take your breaks outside in a nice small terrace. Sauna seems big enough to fit large group (6-9 people), but terrace is smaller (seating maybe for 4-6). I can recommend booking the sauna!

Stor stue, lite kjøkken,2 små soverom med soveplass til 6 og et lite bad. Men dette var helt i henhold til det vi forventet. Sauna med vedfyring og bading i snø og bekk , anbefales! Ca 5 min med bil inntil Trysil sentrum.

Vi har under årens lopp åkt runt en hel del i Norden o ofta bott i denna typ av boende. Men detta var enastående på alla sätt o vis. Tror aldrig vi upplevt en campingstuga som varit så välutrustad för alla behov. En mycket trevlig familjecamping med utmärkt naturskönt läge. Strålande !!! Benny o Karin

Väldigt basic, dåligt utrustat kök, strömmen gick 2gånger när vi lagade mat. Små dubbelsängar, passar bäst för en person. Det är en bit att gå från parkering till stugan med alla skidkläder och packning. Vägen ned är hal om det inte grusas, vilket vi fick fråga om efter att vi halkat. Kallt där det inte sitter elradiatorer eftersom det var -15C och tunt med isolering i golv och väggar. Trevlig personal.

Fin og enkel hytte med alt man trenger.
Koselig hyttetun med spredte små hytter. Både jeg og barna var fornøyde med nærhet til skisenteret og at det var både tv og wifi på plass.
