You are correct, during your stay we had a problem with one of the motherboard of the elevator, this piece took to arrive 7 days, and I hope you can undertand, that we do not have control on this. about the shooting, I really want to laugh about this, there was a mob that day with sticks and to much noise. there was just a couple of hours, and you stay with us only one night. we are really sorry on this factors, wich is out of our hands. About the main road, I leave in the hotel, and I´m staying in a Superior romm facing to the main road, and for real, it not loud. as you maintion it. Que tal Estimado José, entiendo que el comentario tan seco, es porque, no le hicimos el Refund de su dinero, y es que yo no conozco un hotel que regrese el dinero, solo porque usted reservo y al llegar no le gusto el hotel, sin dar ninguna explicación. Le recomiendo que para su próxima vacación piense sus necesidades completas.
