It's definitely a cosmopolitan hotel; I heard at least 5 different languages spoken among the guests while we were there. Turin itself is beautiful and this hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you like a classic place filled with antiques. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. But, there were good and some not-so-good things. The good: The common areas are charming. The garden is beautiful and so is the outdoor patio with lots of cozy seating. What really makes this place worth it is the spa and the breakfast. The spa staff was above and beyond helpful. The staff in general were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They speak multiple languages very well and it was helpful when I could switch from Italian to English as I'm still in the beginner stages of speaking Italian. The not-so-good: The heat was turned all the way up and it was suffocating in our suite. I had to sleep with the balcony doors open and woke up to mosquito bites. In addition, I requested the option to reserve online and pay in person and that request was not honored. It significantly complicated my situation and I was not pleased at all. It would have been nice to find staff during the breakfast hours to request something other than drip coffee and tea. The staff was nowhere to be seen and they did not make themselves visible while we were dining (around 7:40 am). Some things are a bit dated and could use some refurbishing (like the ancient elevator).

The hotel was very nice! Our room was clean and the breakfast is very good. We had great dining recommendations from the front desk. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit hard to find at first but once we found it, we realized it was centrally located and convenient.

Great location! The hotel is close to public transport and is easy walking distance to all the common attractions. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. A lovely (and wide) selection was offered for breakfast each day. The spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing. Great after a long day of walking and site seeing! I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again, soon :)

The hotel is fabulous. I love the spa and I had a treatment there. I was given a welcome letter with 20% discount on spa service. I trusted the hotel so I just paid when the front office told me the amount. However I came home and checked the bill and I paid the full amount of the facial treatment which is Euro 85. Otherwise it would be almost perfect for my stay.

The staff is very supportive and helpful. The breakfast was incredible. The pool/spa area and aperitivos allowed us space to relax and enjoy the space, especially with the Christmas decorations. I definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Victoria. I hope to return. There are a few things to consider if these things are important to you: 1. Our room was very warm, even with the radiator turn off. We thought the towel warmer was heating the room up. Thankfully, we were able to open the windows. 2. The WIFI service was spotty. These issues did not negatively impact our stay. I’d recommend packing light pajamas and disconnecting. :)

Old, central hotel with spa
Quite nice old hotel with a spa in the centre of town, but it needs sprucing up to bring it to more international standards. For example the jets in the jacuzzi bath are not strong enough to serve any purpose and the luxury bedroom we stayed in, although niceish, could do with some upgrading, coffee and tea facilities and a quite fridge: ours was so old and loud we had to disconnect it at night. The area is quiet, but still close to lots of great bars, restaurants and shops. The breakfast doesn’t offer enough fresh produce, but the staff are very attentive.

Lovely historical hotel with a nice large bathroom. Loved the soaps and lotion as well. Walkable in the center of Turin, especially close to the Jazz Club. A little difficult to find, but a couple rounds around the block and we found it.

It is an older hotel but very clean. Our room was small but still comfortable as we didn’t spent much time in the room and it was quiet at night. The location is good to walk around with access to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast and plentiful.

We were a group of six occupying three rooms. All of us were more than satisfied with this well kept and run hotel. The staff were all very polite and helpful, the rooms and public areas were very clean and tidy and well appointed. The staff were fabulous, very welcoming and friendly. The perfect balance of there when you needed them and almost invisible when you didn’t. The breakfast room and outside area were a really wonderful start to the day, with a huge variety of food to choose from. The spa facilities were a complete treat and we booked every afternoon. It was almost empty and felt very luxurious. Great to have water and fruit tea available for after a swim and sauna. Again, the staff in the spa were just as great s the hotel staff. We will definitely look to be returning to Turin and will stay again in this brilliant hotel.

Single room , with a generous sized single bed . Lovely and clean , nice ensuite, air-conditioning , and spacious . Wi fi a little patchy . No ironing board/iron , or coffee making in the room .

Older Boutique hotel. Spacious pool, two hot tubs, two steam rooms with aroma therapy and cold plunge pool. Sauna, chromatherapy lavender shower. Required to purchase bathing caps to use the pool. 3 euro ea. public spaces were decorated nicely; traditional style. Lovely terrace and lounges. Beautiful breakfast room and large buffet with many offerings. Room was spacious and comfortable but showed some wear. Elevator is appreciated; note it is very small and the floor depresses when you step in. It worked fine but felt questionable. The immediate area outside felt questionable but was fine and an easy walk to sightsee. I would stay here again.

This was a fantastic hotel. Beautiful and clean room, lovely breakfast, and amazing spa downstairs for hotel guests. I stayed for 2 nights and my only regret was that I did not stay longer. Location is on a quiet street and a short walk from main attractions. Next time I return to Turin, I will not even consider staying anywhere else.

GREAT HOTEL! can't say enough good things about it. A classy old fashion European hotel which has been recently renovated perfectly, without losing its old school style. Fab hotel, great location
Great, traditional style hotel in the centre of Turin - easy to walk to all of the attractions. Super friendly staff and lovely to eat breakfast in the courtyard garden. Only downside was the noisy A/C but at least we had A/C which was very welcome. Very quiet at night otherwise.
