"Die Fotos haben nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Hotels.com sollte die empfohlenen Hotels besser kontrollieren. Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung. Butter war künstliche Margarine von aller schlechter Qualität. Wenn das Personal nicht so nett gewesen wäre, wäre ich nicht geblieben. Die Umkleidekanine ist oben auf, sodass die Gäste vom Balkon aus die Menschen nackt beobachten können. Das ist echt ein No-Go. Einzig positif ist die Lage des Hotels. "I loved it"

"A very nice location, friendly staff and great food, but under being a 5 star hotel. The hotel looks dated, with dirty carpet in the rooms, sinks has cracks, elevator to the beach area didn’t work at all. We have to use the stairs 3 levels. Walls has molded on the side. Honestly the beach area and the access to the beach looks abandoned. We are disappointed that this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel on Expedia."

"Sadly this hotel was not of the quality one would expect by the price and advertising. Overall feel was cold and distant…rooms were small and the single beds substantially more narrow than standard single. There were strange “rules” like no outside food or drink (yet there wasn’t even milk provided for in-room coffee), and a €10 if you lose the plastic key card…what? Turns out Breakfast was expensive and be sure to ask if it’s included because the front desk told us when and where but not that it wasn’t included…big surprise bill upon check out 😔. The bar prices are outrageous and the pizza tasteless."

"Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps your tone and details but makes it read smoothly and clearly: ⸻ We stayed in a two-bedroom family villa, which was nice overall. The only issue was the bathroom door — it was made of glass and didn’t close properly, so it lacked privacy. We had to take turns for showers to manage that. Access to the beach was from the top restaurant level via stairs, and getting back up was quite a hike. Most of the staff seemed a bit grumpy, except for one lovely lady named Songül, who was very helpful and cheerful."

"Villa was beautiful, private and well designed. My only criticism would be the lack of kitchen utensils and cooking facilities ( no cutlery, plates etc) meaning you had no choice but to eat and drink at the hotel restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Overpriced though, at 450 euros a night I’d expect at least option to make your own snacks."

"Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience. "
