Room windows opened to a 5. 4 shut permanently. 1 opened to a white wall in .. No view at all of roads or lake Pichola from some rooms in the hotel. 2 Ms day occupancy was 5/35.. they could have upgraded me to a room with a view. They didn’t. "

"OMG, where to start? First, the photos on the site are exactly as the hotel appears. From check-in, the staff were amazing and allowed us to have our room at 09:30. "Good stay but i woke up 2 days in a row at 09:30 to be told twice the breakfast wouldn't be ready until 11:00 even though it says, "served between 09:00-11:00. I even pre-ordered the night before for 09:20 to find out, "nope, 11:00." Slightly annoying especially while other guests are somehow eating their breakfast?
