Claudia è gentilissima e molto disponibile: avevamo bisogno di un ombrello e ce ne ha prestato uno senza problemi, gli ultimi tre giorni avevamo bisogno di anticipare la colazione di un'ora e anche con poco preavviso ha fatto in modo che la trovassimo pronta per tempo il giorno dopo. Nonostante un mio errore nel segliere la data di soggiorno, mi hanno contattato risolvendo il disguido in brevissimo tempo.
