Necesita un espejo grande en el cuarto, solo tiene uno en el baño, un basurero en el cuarto xq solo hay uno en el baño. El agua de la regadera no se va pronto. Gracias

Lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes en su estadía. Con respecto a la plancha, siempre tenemos disponibles, pero se tienen que pedir directamente a recepción. Refrigerador tenemos únicamente en nuestras habitaciones tipo Suites, pero con gusto podríamos refrigerar cualquier alimento que guste en nuestro restaurante.

i had a good stay at the hotel everybody was friendly the service was good the only problem i had is that i find roaches in the bathroom everyday.

Do not let other peolpe book this hotel.
I made a reservation with expedia, This hotel is not that far from the airport, the day that we check-in we got there aroun 10pm or later we went to open the door and the door was lock we were nocking for olmost a hour and no one came out we left to find something else. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Great location
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. They had a wedding going on, and thus were low on room service options--and the pool was unavailable--on the evening I arrived. But overall, i enjoyed my stay. The premises are gated, and a guard monitored the parking lot until the gate was closed for the night. Primarily, I liked the location, as I came in a late flight--going to the east a de of the country--and did not wish to drive at night.

Breaking their Backs to make US happy
a nice quiet place to get off the road, a bit noisy, but a nice place. Some Christian group came in the monring singing Praises. It was good

It was the only option in this town.
The hotel was just okay. The breakfast only had one kind of cereal plain sliced bread and coffee and we cohldnt order a la cart because they were having an event. They also say they have wifi but only if you are in lobby area there is no internet in the rooms.

Hotel Sevilla Usulutan
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everyone at the Hotel was very courteous and accommodating. My only recommendation would be that the Hotel should have someone at the front desk that speaks fairly good English. It was difficult at times to communicate with the staff.

Aunque en recepcion nos atendieron bien, el lugar estaba sucio, las mesas al rededor de la piscina con mesas desordenadas y con botellas vacias, las alfombras de los pasillos y habitaciones deterioradas, el elevador sucio. Aunque cuentan con restaurante no comimos alli. Por el la tarifa que pague esperaba mas del hotel.

Mal servicio de Hoteles.com
Me fue muy mal, ya que cuando llegamos al Hotel, ellos no habían recibido de Hoteles.com mi reservación, el Hotel ya estaba lleno, me tuvieron esperando para buscar una solución, al final me dieron otra habitación a la cual le tuvieron que agregar 1 cama para mi acompañante, tuve que enviarles a su correo la confirmación que me enviaron de Hoteles.com si no no me la daban, muy mal servicio de Hoteles.com, ademas ahi la habitación doble tenia un valor de $20 mas bajo que mi reservación, se supone que por internet es mas barato, definitivamente no vuelvo a usar esta pagina para reservar, muy mala experiencia en el tema de reservación.

安心・きれいで大きなホテル
たぶん、現在、ウスルタンでいちばん大きなホテル。駐車場もきちんとしていて、安心です。となりはガソリンスタンドなので、給油の心配はありません。リゾートホテル風のきれいなホテルで、受付の女性もとても親切で感じの良い方でした。ホテルで食事はとりませんでしたが、メニューの値段は、このクラスのホテルとしては、安くはないですが、高くもなく、まずまず良心的といえるかも。近くにレストラン等は見あたらないので、外で食事をする人は、車かタクシーを使うことになると思います。不満、不安ということでは、まだ新しいホテルなのか、設備面の不足が感じられます。エレベーターが動いていない（３Fの部屋だったので、あまり不便はありませんでしたが、４F以上だったら、ちょっとつらいかも）、働いている人の数があまり多くない（サービス面で不足は別にありませんでしたが・・・）、部屋でインターネットが使えないかも（自分は使わなかったので、確かめませんでしたが、少なくともWiFiの電波はとんでいませんでした）というところでしょうか。ちなみに、プールあります。
