Superb, really great staff, courteous, helpful, multilingual. Such a convenient location, near train station, old centre of town, and in the mall for food and shopping. All round excellent facilities in the hotel.

very convenient to train station and basically inside a gigantic shopping mall so plenty of shopping opportunities. But also convenient to the old town. To avoid rush in the morning, we opted for the hotel’s breakfast which was quite comprehensive and good, comparable to smaller independent hotels .

The ease of access to the surrounding area was very helpful. Short walk to the train also made planning a breeze.

When we arrived the reception informed we weren't due to arrive until June, then offered us a basic room with no apologise, Manager Nikkolas became involved and eventually sorted us out. Room was not great Seats stained, Blood on net curtains covering window, horrible large brown stain on quilt (which they did change). Not a great experience for the money we paid.

Great hotel. Good location. Tasty breakfast. Helpful staff. Situated in a central location easy walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. All the main city attractions are in easy walking distance.

Utrecht - Lengthy Stay
Crowne Plaza Utrecht was perfect for my stay. Stayed total of 10 days. A bit confusing finding the entrance as it is inside a mall. But once that part was figured out it was great. Super short walk to the train station. Right in the center of town. Plenty around. Staff were attentive and incredibly helpful with any needs. Would recommend.

A tray with leftovers from an in-room dinner lay on the floor in the corridor for two days and nobody cared. Lights in the elevator were pulsating/blinking, I mentioned it at the reception on arrival but nothing changed after two days. The elevator also smells a little. Otherwise a nice business hotel, rooms are spacey, tidy, and quiet, with everything that one needs and nothing superfluous. There are some restaurants in the mall that are nice in case the in-house restaurant doesn't suit you. WiFi worked well, breakfast was simple but good.

Good hotel central to city with easy access to railway station. Comfortable bed. Reception staff need to be aware of the need to be friendly while professional. This was not the case. However breakfast was good as was the welcoming staff.

The location is excellent, we had to request a different room, which was facilitated the next morning. We would certainly return to the hotel. A invoice for local tax awaited us on arrival, which was unwelcome, and should be be detailed on booking.

Fantastic location situated in a shopping mall and across the road from Utrecht Central train station. Excellent transport links, great selection of restaurants both in the shopping mall and local vicinity. Hotel was spotless and quiet, with a very good breakfast. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

This was our 3rd reservation here this summer and each time it seemed the room we got was smaller. This room had no room for luggage, and had a room with a toilet and sink but no soap and a second full bathroom. Very odd.
