Good location, odd lack of kitchen items
This hotel is rather odd- the suites have a kitchenette, but they lack things like a wine opener, a sponge or soap to clean dishes, or coffee grounds for the morning. However, the room itself was a good size and comfortable, as was the bathroom, and the location of the hotel is quite convenient. Parking was a little difficult - you must hit the an elevator call button on the street, and the basement parking spots can be quite tight.

Valladolid Nexus
The studio was clean and spacious. The kitchen was basically equipped. A kettle and more cutlery would be better. The bed was average but tended to dip in the middle. The studio is very well placed for all the facimities of Valladolid and was good for our 3 night stay.

405 was a wonderful room overlooking cafes but it was very sound-proofed and with ear plugs you didn’t hear a thing. Staff was lovely and eager to please. Restaurants don’t open there until after 9 so we bought food in a supermarket around the corner and used the apartment’s facilities. We should also have done our own breakfast since there were nice pastry shops all around. You cannot go wrong with this hotel and it’s location.

Very nice apartment suite across from a beautiful medieval church. We had a view of the church from our room, Large apartment suite with full kitchen. Lots of closets, excellent bath and large bed and separate living area. All was spotless and well maintained. Could have used a better TV but that was the only complaint. Conveniently located to dining and shops. Easy underground parking available. Would recommend.

One overnight stay.
A beautiful hotel, our room was perfect. We were only staying overnight on route to Santander but this hotel is quite central for shops restaurants and bars. The setting next to the hotel is so picturesque. It was the middle of December when we stayed here and the city Christmas decorations were outstanding The staff were very helpful, parking was excellent although I had to get out the car to go to reception and ask for directions and instructions to get to the parking area. I would definitely recommend the Nexus hotel to anyone staying in Valladolid. I would definitely like to return some day soon.

Overall the hotel is nice and in a super area. On my end I'm not happy with the experience as I revcieved a room with to individual beds put together instead of a queen or king bed. The wheels weren't locked and the beds kept separating. I brought this to the hotel attention and I asked for a partial refund or compensation (for for what was supposed to be a romantic night with my girlfriend and it ended up being the opposite when it came to bedtime), and they basically ignored my message.

Fantastic hotel with a great location and an auto elevator to the parking garage. Got a special 10 Euro upgrade to a sweet on the top floor with an amazing view of the 12th century church across the street lit at night. Stay here.

This hotel is strategically located in Valladolid. Close the Law School, walkable distance to major attractions, offices and tourist attractions. Plenty of services and food options within a walkable distance. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely designed.

The hotel is superbly located in the center of Valladolid. Even though we had rented a car, we used it only a few times (to visit some wineries) we left it at the parking due to the ease of walk within the hotel. The suite product is fresh and well done. Later I learned that the owners of the hotel are developers and even own a winery. It’s clear that the are meticulous and do things the right way. Alfonso and Irene were of great help through out our stay.

Great modern place in a lovely old-world city
This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe. Valladolid is NOT a tourist town - in the two weeks that I stayed there (for work) I did not meet a single tourist. The only expats that I met were some Brits that moved there because of how charming it is. Old world and lovely, and this modern hotel is in the absolute best area of the town - literally across the street from an ancient church and a block away from an astonishing even-more-ancient cathedral. There are literally dozens of lovely bars and tapas places within blocks of the hotel - everything from snooty upscale to college-age hangouts. The majority are the kinds of places that 20-somethings would take their girl friends on a Friday night or that older adults would sit with their wives on a warm summer evening drinking tinto de verano before eating some tapas. Really a super pleasant place to be. The hotel is very modern with great staff. Only downside is their reluctance to change the towels, but in the 21st Century, this seems the norm. I'll stay there again - every time I visit this not-to-be-overlooked town. Spend a few nights here if you want a chill, authentic, old-world Spanish town. Just sit. Drink some beer or tinto, eat some tapas, and relax at a pace that seems more humane than the rest of the modern world!

I first found this place 6 or 7 years ago and was impressed enough to remember it for if I ever returned to the city of Valladolid. Earlier this week I did and had no hesitation in re-booking. It's in a perfect location and is great for anone who does not necessarily want to stay in a "hotel" but rather a high quality "home from home" with kitchen/loung etc as well ad bed/bathrooms. There are some hotel services if you need them and also a supermarket (Gadis) just round the corner, if like me you need fresh milk to make yourself a proper cup of tea during your stay! I've never stayed anywhere else in Valladolid and probably won't bother finding alternatives if I come back, it will be a case of re-booking here.

+ Very nice hotel/Apartment in a great location. - Somewhat spoilt by penny-pinching management and poor customer service: No proper soap or bath gel provided just fixed installation of all-purpose gunk in bathroom and shower - means you cannot use the bidet; First morning in the shower found the gunk bottle was empty; failed to provide shower cap until asked; oven didn't work, but no refund offered; Instructions for Oven microwave only in Spanish; sent maid to fix oven when should have been technician; no apology or refund for non-working oven; despite these issues they wanted to charge €30 for late checkout; Reception indifferent and answered most requests with a Spanish shrug; for the price they should provide a welcome basket with washing up liquid etc for late arrivals but nothing provided.
