"We visited Hotel Savoy in Meribel in mid March for a three night ski trip. The hotel is located absolutely in the centre of Meribel , a short walk from thew Tourist office which has an escalator which allows you to access a is run into the main Chaudanne ski area. "I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. "Excellent location for skiing in virtually all respects. Our room was in need of refurbishment & was very tired. Ice at the entrance to the apartment wasn’t cleared & was a potential hazard.
