"We stayed for a few days in early June at the Cresta in Flims. It was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out we felt welcome and at home. The room was great and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had many choices - but what really stands out is the staff of the hotel. They all were very friendly, helpful and made us really feel welcome. We would for sure come back to Cresta if we are in the region again"

"The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel.
