"The villa was suitable for us, as a party of 11, the villa could do with some updating and a tidy up on the outside of the villa, surrounding the pool area, however as a family we had a great time. The reviews that I had previously read about the villa before we got there stated that a car was needed due to the location of the villa - this is true, we ended up having to get 3 taxi's every time we left the villa as there is nothing in walking distance, not even a local shop for essentials....

"The villa is located close to the local beaches shops and restaurants. The views from the patios are fantastic, watching the fishing fleet come in over breakfast was a treat. The villa was spacious for the six of us. The pool was also well maintained and clean. The villa was a bit tired, eg repairs to the baths and showers required but that did not impair on our stay. Overall, we had a good week as it is a good location for Caleta, walkable to Torre del Mar and we also caught the bus to...

"Following booking and paying I was sent an email to say the terraces needed cleaning and was it ok for the lady to do it 8-10am on our first day. I said yes not knowing that firstly the terraces were so dirty you couldn't use them but secondly she had to go through our bedroom with a hosepipe to clean it then drag it through the bedroom and lounge to do the other are. "We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful villa. We were a family of 8 with two children under 3 and we all absolutely loved it. The views are incredible and panoramic over the sea and the pool is brilliant. It’s very private and a nice quiet location. There is a handy supermarket a 5 minute walk away and a 20 minute walk to the Benajarafe where there’s lots of bars and restaurants and a nice beach. We would recommend this to anyone, it’s absolutely perfect and had everything we needed."
