Property was average, nothing spectacular. I guess room service is not available when you call the front desk to ask for extra towels and toiletries and you have to go to the front desk. The first room we went into had a funny smell.

We had a night stay and our room had an old smell to it, like someone had previously smoked in it before. The bathroom floor was filthy, with some debris underneath the vanity and the roll of toilet paper in place had a black stain on the side of it. I can’t imagine what or where that was from. I immediately changed it to a new roll after noticing that. We checked in late for the night and had to leave early the next morning, so I didn’t bother to call them to complain about the bathroom. It would’ve been a pleasant stay if housekeeping did a better job.

Cleaning service did not take out trash and only left one clean towel when I had five people in my room no toilet toilet paper was left and someone stole my deodorant how sad to steal something with absolutely no value

My clean could have been cleaner. There was hair all around my bathroom. The staff at the bar were not very active. I sat at a table but I had to go up to the bar to order my food.

What I expected from Embassy Suites. Rooms were well laid out Only minor problems: We booked 4 people and had to request extra towels and cups. Housekeeping brought them very quickly. Refrigerator was small. Elevators were slow.

Absolutely no complaints. We had a lovely stay here at the embassy suites. Very nice staff and convenient Tyson's location. Comfortable living room and bedroom. A Great stay!

Overall loved the property and staff was very nice and professional. The indoor pool was great for the kids most days we had the pool to ourselves. The location of the hotel was close to great food and shopping options.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed by the check-in staff. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was very kind and helpful. The layout of the hotel was very unique and rooms being split having the bedroom away from the entry way made for a very quiet and pleasant experience. We were concerned about noise from children running up and down the hall, but having the rooms with that layout...we never even noticed once we turned in for the nite. The breakfast was beyond expectations, especially with the made to order omelet bar. This was definitely more than we expected. The only complaints we have at all are very minor...the water pressure in the shower was pretty poor. Perhaps better high flow shower heads would fix that. Only one elevator was working during our stay, this made it really inconvenient at times causing cramped conditions or extended waiting to get to our floor. When we were leaving, the second elevator was working finally. This was our first time at an Embassy Suites, but we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The property was about average...not as good as I expected as I've stayed in several other Hiltons. The maintenance here is lacking. There was mildew hanging off the faucet at the bar sink, a light around the mirror was out, a light in the room was out, the HVAC filter was filthy, the floors ice machine stopped running the second day after I arrived and was still inoperative when I left almost 2-weeks later and one of the two elevators stopped working the day before I left.

The property was conveniently located around different dinning places and only a 10 drive to tysons corner galleria. The breakfast was definitely a hit every morning and they we’re wiping everything down during breakfast and after. The only issue we had the first night the air conditioner wasn’t working and it took maintenance 4 hours to respond to a request, bur once they did it was a simple fix. The front desk staff was very informative and patient. Overall a pretty average stay.

My wife and I drive down from NJ every year for follow up appointments at a local Dental facility (G4 by Golpa), What we have learned is there is no place we rather stay when we drive down than the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner. The room is great, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is excellent as well. We will be booking here on every trip to Tysons Corner VA! 4 stays and 4 excellent experiences!

For the price of our stay, we weren’t really sure what to expect. When we arrived the front desk staff greeted us as we waited a short time to check in. The check in took literally 3 minutes. Our room was big, clean, and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion available (good stuff not the cheap stuff that dries your hair and skin). We received 2 drink tickets per day that we were there for free drinks at the bar down stairs. The breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast and I loved the build your own omelette bar! Short walk to stores, shops, and the train to bring you right into DC and surrounding areas. All together we had a great experience!
