We never saw the facility owner at all!!! This unpleasant hotel feature was not disclosed by Trivago at all. Also, it would be nice to have air conditioning...

Nach einem Telefonat mit der Hausdame durfte ich dann die Unterkunft beziehen. Aber dann mussten die Vermieter sich noch absichern bei der Hausdame. Musste also alles offen legen.
