It is a block of concrete. More like a converted warehouse. The air conditioner was cranking all night long. Would not rate the hotel. If rated, would be no star.

I thought the property layout, design & finishes were done very tastefully. Wasn't sure I was going to like the concrete walls, ceilings & floors but it was great. My disappointment was the fee for parking. I had called to inquire about parking and was told parking was free and was then charged $20.00. Tried disputing charge but needed to speak to GM. Sent GM an email on Friday 5/10 regarding the parking issue.

I have stayed here before and property was worth it for the price. There is now new management and the experience was very different. Front desk staff was not as welcoming and they now charge for parking. The parking is already not convenient as it is across the street. There are many better places to stay with free parking and better service. Of note, the floor can be very cold due to the concrete to plan accordingly.

When I arrived at airport Wednesday night there was an airport shuttle. Also Thursday morning there was a shuttle back to the airport. When I got back from my appointments in Boston; I was informed that Upper Management @ HILTON no longer has airport Shuttle so Thursday afternoon; twice on Friday and again Saturday morning I had to rely on Uber. For my Next appointments in August: I will NOT stay here again.

The location from the Providence Airport and the proximity to restaurants and the mall was awesome. The room was small and had no other chairs to lounge for two Adults other than the desk chair and the bed. Very inconvenient! The bathroom toilet was very low and water pooled in the corner of shower after showering. Due to the pooling water in the shower the bottom of the shower curtain didn’t dry which caused a damp mildew smell..

I could hear the persob above me walking in her heels, people coming in & out of their rooms yet the rooms are advertised as soundproof. Very inconvenient that there isn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the rooms either. The slimmest bathroom I have ever seen. For some reason the entire shower stall isn’t completely covered so if someone showers you’ll have to turn the tv up. And speaking of the tv, it was very oddly placed to the very right of the wall?? Windows do not open so getting even the tiniest bit of fresh air isn’t an option. The room was small in my opinion, which made it uncomfortable as I like more space. So with the room being small, windows not being able to open I definitely didn’t enjoy my stay. Great bed, back patio looked beautiful, guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Might work for others but wasn’t for me.

This property was very unique and I loved it! I came for a weekend birthday trip. I have not had a good nights sleep in awhile, the bed, the pillows and blanket was like sleeping on a cloud. I have no complaints about this hotel. Highly recommend! Conveniently located to so much including Providence.

The staff was very friendly, and I loved that it had a sauna in the gym. I didnt like that there wasn't much lightening and a small refrigerator or microwave in the room like most hotels. The rooms aren't that soundproof as listed. Expedia list a laundry facility there isn't one on site hoowever they do provide a laundry service.

Great stay. The only downside is personal. I like a microwave in my room. There is one down the hall though. The shower is neuveau style glass and open at the top, Door is barn door style. Great if you like to hear your parner do their businees and watch their profile when they shower. Staff was really friendly and efficient. Parking is great. Shopping and dining abound It was too cold and wet to enjoy their patio by the river.

Shower head was dirty with built up gunk which we cleaned off before our shower. Fridge was also making loud noises throughout the entire night. Sounded like a knocking sound all night and day. But overall the rest of the stay was nice.

Parking is absolutely terrible. Went to take a shower and had no hot water. After about 15 minutes water got "luke" warm for about 5 minutes and then went back to cold. Maintenance came to "fix" the problem. Temperature stayed about the same just increased water pressure. Would not stay again.

I loved everything about NYLO, the tranquility of the environment, the convenience of an accessible gym, the layout of the room, the views from the window…everything was stupendous. I would most definitely recommend NYLO to friends, family, and even strangers; a five star hotel indeed. I can definitely see myself returning next time around.

The hotel was cute & Nothing out of the ordinary. The parking lot is across the street and not well lit at night. The rooms do not come with a refrigerators or microwaves however, there is a microwave on each floor in a common area. Also bring a pair of house shoes or thick to wear in the room the floors are concrete and get very cold.

While it looks really cool the property isn’t very well Maintained. In our room the heater was so noisy that I was awoken even with ear plugs in. We ended up sleeping with the heat off. When I told staff she apologize and that was it. Additionally , the “rain shower” shower head was cracked so you were instead basically pressure washed directly on your head. If you’re looking for a cold room, with no privacy, heating, a painful shower, and poor service- this is your place. On the plus side, the bed was comfy!

Christopher checked us in and did a great job. A follow-up text from him asking if we were happy was a nice touch. This is a real fun property, very unique with its industrial feel. Management and staff should be proud of their efforts for making this hotel a great place to stay.

Overall stay was good, but missing the old Nylo
We love staying at Nylo. We used to stay multiple times a year for various celebrations and trips. It’s been quite a while since our last stay and so much has changed unfortunately. The bar is tiny now they walled off the back and it almost looks like they just store things there now…It was super dark, as they had most of the lights off. There’s no longer a pool table so there’s really nothing to do in there except try to sit at the tiny bar top or one of the dinner tables. Their menu used to be very gluten friendly in their little restaurant. That is no longer the case and I was stuck with ordering a $14 salad that was 90% arugula with a few tomatoes and some cheese. The server was super slow, but she was also by herself and the bar top was full. My husband tried to order an espresso and was told the machine was broken. Our room was perfect, as it usually is. Super clean, had a nice big comfy couch. We stayed in the suite. The pillows are not very comfortable tho. They’re super thin. I do love that check in now has a snack section, along with drinks. That’s a big win as a lot of the restaurants around were closed by 10pm on a Saturday! The overall stay was great but there’s just a lot missing from the old Nylo. We used to hang in the bar and play pool, have snacks, instead we had to go elsewhere for fun. There minimal artwork on the walls now but still holes where it all used to be. The lobby used to have things to do and big comfy chairs and now it’s very minimal.
