"We booked this apartment for a sporting event in Spokane because we didn’t want to stay in all the craziness downtown. The apartment is located about 17-20 minutes from the Convention center in a nice rural neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as presented on the listing. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The hosts had nice little touches like snacks, high quality products and furnishings throughout. The owners do live upstairs and that may be a turn off for some folks, but we only saw...

"This home was the perfect get away for 2 moms wanting to relax! The house was extremely clean and well done. Communication with the property manager was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. It was fun to see the animals in the yard and listen to the creek behind the house. Thank you for a great stay. This will be our go to for mom’s weekend every year!"

There was a little rain and we drove five minutes to Confluence Cafe and had great coffee and views right on the Columbia River. Super easy, amazingly clean. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday at Pioneer House. It's a beautifully restored farmhouse with loads of character. Very nicely decorated with room for everyone. Even a decorated Christmas tree and wall wreath was provided. It was perfect!"

They have thought about every detail- from the hot tub, to the blankets, fully stocked kitchen to the outdoor furniture with an incredible view of the mountains. "What an incredible property and layout!! I thought the pictures were amazing but being in the house, the barn and the backyard were mind blowing in person. There are so many different places to breakaway and visit in. The kids loved all of the variety the property had to offer and felt so safe with the fully contained backyard. We will definitely be staying here again for our family reunions and getaway's. Strongly recommend this place for large groups that want to have it all!"

"My husband and sister and brother-in-law stayed in February to celebrate my birthday. We did some skiing and went to see music at the hall. Had a gathering of friends come for dinner. The kitchen worked great for entertaining the birthday gathering. Plenty of room to spread out and long dining room table. Highly recommend!"
