The hotel was very clean, close to the Smithsonian, easy to access the metro. I think there should have been restrooms closer to the bar area. Also, the elevators were far from our room

Hilton National Mall is a good hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of options for dining and recreation. However, I marked it down one star due to a somewhat uncomfortable bed and lousy pillows. Now I am a pillow snob so much so that I used to always travel with a good pillow. However, it has been several years since I had to do it. Well, let's just say I was glad I had a good pillow in the car. Now neither the mattress or the pillows were horrible. But they could have been better. We loved the high tech room with interesting lights. We probably would even stay there again so it certainly isn't an awful hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great location, Starbucks in the lobby. Gorgeous room and bathroom. Only complaint is the air system. They have a very loud air system running all the time in the ceiling. Turning the fan off helped but could still hear it quite loud in the walls. To the point of hearing it over the tv/ needing ear plugs to sleep. Not sure why they need that / perhaps it doesn’t work right. Maybe it was just near our room. Everything else was great.

This property is located close to the museums and the Wharf area. It is so convenient plus is a beautiful hotel. This was our second visit and we enjoyed it a lot. Kudos to Lorena at the front desk for being helpful and very pleasant.

We liked the restaurant and the staff. We like that we could walk to the Wharf, shops and Metro. We did not like the shower curtain. Wasn't long enough and water seeped out into the bathroom. We did not like that there were no where to store our clothes.

The place was pretty well maintained. The staff was very responsive and kind. I felt welcomed by everyone. The area is very near the Wharf, so food and outdoor activities are within a five minute walk. The National mall is a 10-20 minute walk away. The DCA is a 10-20 minute drive. Very convenient. Well worth the money. I enjoyed my stay.

The property itself is just fine. Quiet, clean, well appointed with everything we needed. Easy walk to the Wharf and the Mall. Access to Metro right downstairs. If you have kids, there is fast food court and the Wharf is very close with lots of dining options. Other than that, though, there aren't a lot of dining or shopping options in the immediate area. But easy to grab a rideshare. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The room provided us did not have a working air conditioning unit and also looked more like a closet than a room. We requested another room and received it but there was no apology from the front desk…as if, our inconvenience didn’t matter-just rude. The hotel experience was the worst for a Hilton I’ve had in some time.

Fantastic location to visit all of the area monuments and historical sites. Beautiful hotel marked only by ridiculously restricted water pressure in the shower. There was barely even enough water to use the hand sprayer. Worst I've ever experienced in a hotel.

Nice location but not a good value
The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are nice but it is extremely noisy )cars outside, young people yelling and running in the hallways and extremely expensive with breakfast not included like many other Hiltons. Shampoo dispenser empty and frig not cooling. Plus I didn’t get any points for my stay after spending over $300. Doesn’t make sense.
