Older but really clean! Bus from downtown runs till 12am and you are there for the ferry the morning after a concert and 1/2 the price of downtown hotels

Very near the ferries (you can watch them come and go) located in a very quaint village. The facilities are very clean, the bed comfortable and there's a beautiful view of the bay and the mountains behind it from the window and outside walkway. Convenient to walk around with a liquor store, bakery, gift shop and lots of food choices for dining.
