"I had a terrible stay. I booked the room so I could rest for the night before having to drive the 2+ hour trip home. The people at the desk for check in were very nice. I went to the elevator to go to my room and was greeted with a terrible sewer order. Once in my room I noticed the bathroom was not clean. Hair in the tub and feces splash under the toilet rim was not clean.
I ordered room service which came quickly and was good.
I wanted to go to bed early and had lights out at 9 pm. The hotel was filled with boy’s probably age 10-13. I assumed it was some school trip or sports tournament. The kids were running up and down the hallways screaming. I figured they would be spoken to by parents or hotel staff. I understood how these things happen but when it was still going on at 11pm I tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. I called multiple times before 1am. I could not sleep and eventually got up to leave at 4am. When I checked out I asked for someone to walk to my car since it was still dark. The gentleman who worked security was nice enough to walk me. He told me he was the only security person on that night and he had so many calls for noise, drinking and yelling the was not able to get to them all.
I spent $300 to shower, eat a bowl of soup and to drive home with zero sleep because the hotel and the parents of these kids had no concern or control over theses kids. I want my money back."
