"I had a woderful stay . The staff went out of their way to make me welcome. The new chef opened her kitchen especially for me and cooked a wonderful meal for me the likes of which would earn 5 stars in any restaurant. So mg stay was perfect. Thankyou"

"The building & grounds are both very attractive. My room was modern, spacious, light & the bed was very comfortable. I also had nice views of the gardens. The carpet & furniture in the room needed a little repair although understandable with general wear & tear. The food in Sartoria was very good & the food in the Garden Brasserie was excellent. Service was very good across the hotel with all staff being professional, friendly & helpful. I will definitely stay again. Many thanks! "
