The hallways were dirty. There wasn’t any screens on the windows. The mattresses were shot. Said pay at property and charged me before I checked in. No air.

Do yourself a favor and pay the little extra to stay somewhere else. The property just hasn’t been kept clean or taken care of. The hallways were musty and had old smoke/urine smells depending on which room you were passing. The room had gum stuck to the wall, a bag of old food left behind the nightstand, and dust/dirt in every corner of the room along with the baseboards. There is no way to cool or heat the room besides and plug-in fan they added. The windows do open, but no screen to keep mosquitos out. I rarely ever put out negative reviews of properties, but just felt like this one was needed.

Wasn’t the worst bed, but definitely not the best, shower barely worked, patches all over the wall, bed felt like it was only the box spring, blackout curtains were good! Wifi worked well and was stable, The rooms just need a freshen up, felt like a 1970s room with updated lighting

I understand that this is a budget friendly establishment, but it is a bit run down. My room smelled like a man had not used deodorant in years and the smell was almost overwhelming. The air conditioner plug was hanging outside the window in the elements but that is ok as the window did not close all the way. While the sheets were clean and fresh smelling ( I buried my face in them to get past the nasty underarm smell in the room), the bed itself was a little uncomfortable. The towels in the bathroom were stained and so was the shower itself. The shower head is, let say, placed low. I am 5'09 and the shower head was at my back level (now I know what tall people go through, so if that was a lesson you were going for, you succeeded). Now all that being said, the staff was very nice and pleasant.

Undoubtedly the WORST hotel I have been to in my life and it have traveled every continent. the building is being smoked in by tenants. This includes not only a strong cigarette smell but even more marijuana. The first floor hallway smells like mold that is trying to be covered up by the “cleaning” staff by lighting incense causing even more smoke. The rooms are NOT clean - they simply changes the sheets and sweeps. The bathroom had urine around the bowl and behind the entertainment center was repulsive full of hair, dirt, bugs. I would only assume the beds have bed bugs due to its age but I will not find out. No parking to accommodate a trailer, they have a spot in front of the building if you take up two spaces and don’t mind stepping out into a dirty puddle that about 6 inches deep. Large homeless population outside and inside of this establishment that doesn’t make it feel very safe. I wouldn’t be surprised if this hotel has something a little more sinister going on here. Use your imagination and I wouldn’t be surprised it happened at this hotel. Staff consistently gave me the run around in reference to a refund and continually told me to contact Expedia and Email them. They responded that they will not be giving me a refund despite the plethora of concerns. This place is a scam and I wouldn’t doubt if it was inspected by some type of code enforcement it would be closed down

Give this place a miss. The main hotel has burnt and just the hulk is left. They’re using an old apartment building in behind in the meantime, look for the corrugated plastic sign. Staff was a bit rude and slow to check me in. If I had not rebooked I would have gone somewhere/anywhere else.
