Fabulous location to explore the villages near and further away and just a 15 minute walk to Warkworth beach. There were so many places to eat but our favourites were The Fish Shack and Spurelli's ice cream parlour in Amble, The Landing cafe in Beadnell, and the Masons Arms in Warkworth was good for pub food and...

"Beautiful house, super clean with all the amenities you could wish for. There is no WiFi however. The host said there was internet through the telly but there wasn’t and he then stopped communicating whilst we were trying to sort it out."

"Just so comfortable, brilliant layout and amenities. Close to City, countryside, East coast beaches and local pubs. Fabulously safe for dogs (as long as they are used to noise from near neighbours in similar holiday home complex)"

"Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. Located close to mainly areas, Beamish, Newcastle, Durham etc. Can’t recommend this place enough a lovely cozy warm stay."

"First time in Newbiggin and enjoyed it, the town has plenty of resources- a corner shop just round the corner and pubs, takeaways, cafes and a couple of restaurants, a small craft ale bar too. There’s going to be a new bar/café opening any day now just over the road down on the beach which will be handy (and as it’s low down shouldn’t cause any problems). "This excellent property in Warkworth is an ideal base from which to tour the wonderful sites of Northumberland. The apartment was clean and offered everything we needed. Warkworth has plenty of free parking, great pubs and restaurant options as well as being walking distance to the beach and other trail routes. The property and local pubs/restaurants are dog friendly. The accommodation and overal area are highly recommended."
