This place is not quiet due to slamming doors, chatter in hallways, lots of kids/families, train horns. The buildings are hard to navigate--you will walk in circles. Only 2 floors so take stairs instead due to 1 elevator per building. Parking is far from main entrance doors.

Poorly laid out. Lots of walking down narrow hallways. Advertised a free breakfast, but didn't deliver. Had to pay for it, and it wasn't cheap. It was good, though. Over -priced if you're not signed up for the train.

Shower was cold and was told they were unable to fix it or move us to another room. Was told it wouldn’t be able to be fixed until the next morning after 11 which is after check out. We stayed only one night on the way to California from Texas. Poor service

Place was very nice. Historic Details were great! Highly recommend the restaurant across from the hotel has a very good buffet. One of the best I’ve been to! Showering was a challenge given that the water was Luke warm at that. I guess I should have timed my shower differently.

Nos gusto la ubicación del hotel por fuera es bonito y limpio. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el cuarto no podíamos dormir las camas son terribles los colchones se hunden cuando te acuestas. Además el aire acondicionado hacia muchísimo ruido. Fuera de eso estuvo bien.

We love the Grand Canyon Railway hotel its location is ideal when visiting Williams. All the staff we have encountered on our many visits have been absolutely charming . Everything is clean and well maintained without losing an ounce of historic charm !

super convenient if you are going to ride the train into the Grand Canyon. Walkable distance to hub of town. For such a big hotel, very clean, surprisingly quiet. Great stay.

Super cute hotel. Staff was wonderful. The Harvey restaurant was over priced for a buffet, semi-decent food, but so not worth the price. Rooms were clean and comfy beds.

I wish the restaurant opportunities onsite were better. I don't care for buffet and the Pub food was not available 1 night we had cup of noodles in our room. Doordash did not show up.

This is a great spot to stay when doing the Grand Canyon by train . Rooms where clean and comfortable. I would not recommend the buffet at the restaurant on the property. Very expensive, not many choices and service was not great.

I loved this hotel. The train and restaurant were right behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Close to Route 66 shopping. Super cute area. We will be staying there again!
