"Very good a-la-carte breakfast. Nice location, close to the old town and few minutes walk from the train station. Complementary, delicious cookies in the room. Charming hotel and bedrooms, one issue is that water was dropping in the bedroom from the ceiling, from time to time. I notified the reception so I hope they fixed the issue. "

Delicious and ample breakfast, tailored to your needs with plenty of tasty options which set us up right for a long walk. At time of booking it sais 2 double beds and was only one double to then be allocated a room with 2 double beds and had to pay extra £15 for the 2 children this is a failt with expedia and not the property as at time of booking it stated 2 double beds !!! "Good hotel. Nice walk behind hotel to centre of lancaster. Takes about 40 mins but like walking and weather was lovely so suited us fine. Complimentary water, juice, crisps and choc biscuits in fridge which was nice touch. Good breakfast. Overall enjoyable stay."
