"We booked flat # 11 but given flat #45, it was not cleaned and ready on time. The facilities were not complete; we had to struggle to get internet connectivity. The AC is poor. The TV does not have Netflix or the Dstv is good. Furnitures are not to standard. No wine opener. No reminder, no follow ..."

3 Apr 2019Food very good and the room perfect and leading out onto the main terrace and swimming pool. Very helpful staff who told us a lot about our Namibia and what to expect etc. Would certainly recommend as a great place to start - 20 mins from airport.
