I had to hunt for a parking space for more than one hour. I was charged for a hotel fee when I checked in. Then, I realised that I had already paid it to Hotels.com. After my claim, hotel admitted that I was double charged and they said they will refund. However, I still haven't got refund, questions sent by e-mail were ignored,...

"We have stayed in Dorint hotels many times. This hotel has had a number of upgrades to the Rooms, Reception area and Restaurants. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed and felt a little soulless, but overall service was good, rooms were clean and had a very comfortable stay. "

"Great service, really friendly staff at reception. Our floor was being renovated so it looked a bit messy, and the cleaner came in the room about 10 am when we were still there getting dressed up.... but apart from that really good hotel! also nice area to go on walks and hikes."
